Well, as a 36-year-old male, I have to admit that right at first I was pretty embarrassed by the thought of enjoying MLP, given its target audience of little girls.  But now that I've come to terms with that, I just explain it to anyone who wonders that it's actually a really good show.  Nothing wrong with that. :)
