I don't know if it's just me... but I think her belly looks a bit odd... or maybe her shirt is just really, really small

Loving the art style and the size of the head compared to the body

 

I can't really see anything wrong with it, although things look out of proportion, it's because of the style which is what makes it great!

 

Touches like the "hug me" and the teddy really round this picture off nicely

 

I also think Luna actually make's for a really nice name

haha For both your questions It is based of the Adventure time franchise that's because of the rather round heads and the round eyes and the leggs

 

For the hairstyle it's quiet unique it's not based of anything in peticular

 

As for my username I don't watch gundam, may check it out later
