[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,826]

Thunder Dash then noticed Rainbow Dash clearing the skies. She thought she was done, but there was still one left. However, she didn't see it. Thunder Dash then peered into the table and plucked the cloud away with his hoof. He then noticed a little broken dam. He then proceeded to fix it through the table.

Missy magic'd a clock out of thin air, she gasped.

"I'm late for my plans with a friend, i'll be gone for about an hour or so." Missy said "It's with Splash, we've really grown closer over the past few weeks." Missy's horn glowed, it felt so easy performing spells now. She teleported, leaving behind only a sparkle.

[Preeminent Pisces 100]

Allissa watched Missy's shape appear on table next to her soon-to-be stepsister. She glanced back at her fiancè, Thresh, and decided to join him. She left.

"Ah, young love," Celestia sighed. "I remember when I was like that."

"And you and I probably never will," Luna sighed, too.

[Pripyat Pony 2,608]

Diego replied, "Sure I won't. I want to keep this all to myself, believe me. Just want to show them that I didn't blow myself up and that they can't get rid of me that easily."

 

Diego then teleported away. Just as he'd said, he first went to his house then to the field where the ponies were gloating over his fate. There was an audible sigh of disappointment when they realised that Diego not only wasn't dead, but was also an alicorn.

Epic Rainbow poofed into the room with her husband, Ultimate, and their daughter, Flitter. "Sorry we're so late," said Epic Rainbow. "We had to pick Flitter up from school," added Ultimate. Flitter looked fascinated by all the other alicorns. "Woah," sighed Flitter.

Celestia noticed the new arrivals.

"Well, hello there my faithful ponies! Welcome to the Alicorn Haven! Feel free to eat, drink or relax how ever you want. You are also encouraged to use the Equestrian Table, which is, well, here!" she welcomed. Princess Luna popped back in.

"Ya'll don't need glamours here, if ya don't want. Those spells can be hard to maintain."

[Pripyat Pony 2,608]

Diego appeared back, after collecting a few items from his house. "Too bad for them," he said with a laugh. "They really wished I was gone forever. But no such luck. I expect I will go back there every so often, even tho there's no chance of me being appointed the town Protector!"

Thunder Dash was just sitting and eying what was going on around him. He then noticed Rainbow Dash free-flying in the clear skies. He then saw a pony sitting on a bench watching Rainbow Dash flying. He then peered over to the Crystal Empire. He saw all of the Crystal ponies walking happily throughout the place. He then looked up and noticed two new ponies.

"Hello, everypony!" said Flitter, obviously very excited. Epic Rainbow and Ultimate sat down next to Thunder Dash. Epic Rainbow was using the Equestrian Table to make Scootaloo do all sorts of epic stunts on her scooter. Ultimate just sat there playing his 3DS.

 

Flitter skipped around singing in all her excitement. "I can't believe there's an entire alicorn heaven above Equestria!! How come you never told me, Dad?!" Ultimate didn't even look up from his game. "Urgghh..." said Flitter. "Oh well! I'm here now." Flitter flew up and landed on Thunder Dash's head. "Oops! Sorry!"

"I'm glad you're enjoying yourselves already," Celestia remarked.

Luna trotted over to Ultimate.

"Whatcha playing?" she asked.

A filly suddenly appeared. She was white with purple and blue hair. She had purple-tipped wings.

"Is momma here?" she asked.

"Actually, Sky Lark," Celestia replied. "she just left."

Cadence was nowhere in the room.

"Skyla!" Luna called. "How are you?"

Skyla smiled.

"Two!" she said before she dissapeared.

Missy returned to the Alicorn Haven and greeted everypony.

"Hello everypony, i'm back!" Missy said cheerfully as she sat down next

to the table, she looked at where she had just come from and Splash was

on her way home.

"How are you feeling Twilight?" Missy asked Twilight, she wanted to have a nice conversation.

Ultimate looked up at Luna and replied, "Super Mario 3D Land." He went back to his game. 

Flitter was still bouncing around the room. Epic Rainbow helped Applejack do some apple-bucking through the Equestrian Table. Applejack looked shocked that five trees lost apples after just one buck. However, she looked pleased.

"Very well, thank you," Twilight replied. "And you?"

"I like Pokèmon..." Luna said, defeated. She went back to her work on the Equestrian Table.

Allissa returned. So did Cadence.

"Anypony here seen my daughter?" Cadence asked.

"Just left," Celestia gestured with a hoof.

Cadence disappeared again. Allissa absent-mindedly drew a spiral on the table with her hoof and a swarm of parasprites swirled away from a family picnic.

"I'm feeling very happy, it's been a year since me and Splash became best friends forever." Missy said, it had been a year since the incident with the Crystal of Balance, where Splash and Missy had bonded over the course of the adventure. "We're like sisters now."

"I have Pokèmon too," replied Ultimate. "Sit down, Flitter," scolded Epic Rainbow. Flitter immediately sat down on the other side of Ultimate. Epic Rainbow was getting sleepy, so she said, "I'm going to go take a nap. I'll be in our room." She got up and flew away. Ultimate just looked up from his game five minutes later to say, "Huh?" Flitter was playing with the Equestrian Table and accidentally squashed Zecora with a tree.

Allissa helped Zecora out by removing the tree.

"Well, happy anniversary!" Twilight cheered. "I'm glad that you too have discovered tha magics of friendship!"

Rainbow Dash was trying to perform a sonic rainboom, but she kept messing out. Luna pushed her with an extra burst of speed and she completed it.

Diego wasn't too happy about Flitter bouncing around; he didn't like foals very much. But he wouldn't demonstrate that dislike unless Flitter came too close. He still remembered how other foals had shunned him and how that shunning had continued cuz other ponies disliked and feared chaos magic.

Epic Rainbow came back after her nap and calmed Flitter down. Flitter immediately sat down obediently and played with the Equestrian Table. Flitter helped Apple Bloom to feed the animals on the farm. Ultimate just kept playing his 3DS. Epic Rainbow apologized to Diego about Flitter. She could sense he didn't care for foals.

Diego was pleased to see that Epic Rainbow had the sense to calm Flitter down before she bothered him. "That's alright," he said to her. "I much prefer to talk to mares and stallions, rather than foals. They irritate me, and most young ponies are rude, anyway."

Epic Rainbow laughed slightly at that. "Actually, Flitter is the most polite young filly I've ever seen. She's much more polite than I ever was as a foal. Flitter blushed and smiled at her mother, but frowned indifferently at what Diego said. Ultimate barely looked up from his 3DS.

"Most of the foals I knew when I was one were rude," Diego replied. "They were probably copying their parents, who disapproved of my mother. She's a gambling pony, and drinks. That's where I got the habit from. My father left me when I was born and I've never met him."

"Oh. I'm sorry," said Epic Rainbow. "I had no idea." She was somewhat sad at the thought of losing her father when she was born. And at the thought of having a gambling alcoholic for a mother. She shook her head to clear the thoughts. She was sorry for Diego...very very sorry.

"Doesn't really matter any more," Diego replied, touched somewhat by her concern for him. "Mother's better now, but she never really got over my father leaving. He never even left a note or anything to explain why he left. I thought it might be to do with me, and my talent for chaos magic, altho I only developed that when I was a colt."
