Waking Up In Equestria

Ok so after a dream i had a couple weeks ago i started working on this fanfic (my first one ) Anyway the basic point of this fanfic is how i would react to suddenly being in equestria. The story is still being writen so there are only a few chapters at the moment. I liked it, it isn't like many fan-fics I've read before. The concept was really original and you conveyed this well in your writings. Spotted a few spelling/grammatical errors but, other than that, great so far....

I haven't read the story, but most of the HIE stories are kinda repetitive, it would take something BIG to attract my attention to a HIE story, sooo yeah....be sure to come up with something unike beacuse most of the HIE stories I read end up the same way...."Human wakes up in Equestria, Human meets the ponies, Ponies get friendly with the Human, one of the ponies falls in love with the Human, and all that stuff.

 

There are a really good HIE stories out there but if you really want yours to stand out out of the rest of them, I suggest you either make the Human with many flaws to fix, such as a tragic past or just the human be a plain jerk in the first days.

Even though, I think you put some of the ponies "in a bad light" or something, because Twilight, Rainbow and Applejack doesn't seem that nice, to be honest... But anyways, I can't wait to see the next ones

@GreenBlade true i do make them sound kind of mean but in the next chapters you do get to see them be nicer. Also if you have read Past Sins you'll see why i made Twilight so protective of Nyx

To be honest, this is the first time I've read a FIM Fiction. But I can read the other one when I have the time to do so. And yeah, they just seem like they don't trust him and if someone broke something that belonged to Twilight, she wouldn't get upset

@GreenBlade i updated the short description of my story on which stories you should read before mine so you don't feel confused as to why the characters act the way they do. That was a fail on my part for guessing everyone would know what i was talking about so i apologize.

Chapter 4 should be uploaded later tonight if not early tomorrow. Still have to re-read it to check for errors and re-wright some parts.

Chapter 4 is finally up after i had to do some major re-writing for it to sound halfway decent. I don't know when the next chapter will be out or how many chapters there will be since im just writing what come to mind when it comes.

Chapter 5 is out and Chapter 6 is in the proof reading stage and should be done later tonight. I will try to update this forum post more as i add more chapters and such.

alright i have worked for over a week and have finally reached the end of this story (yay!) i will post the last three chapters sometime tomorrow and then begins the long task of going back and re-writing all my mistakes and grammar errors (not so yay)

Ok so after i upload the story tonight i plan on making another one. This one will be almost the exact same story except it will be told from the doctor's perspective. Meaning instead of Hoss being the main character its the Doctor. Post your replies if you want me to write this story, if not i may take a break from writing for a couple days and think of different ones

Well i tried to make it peaceful but that made the story kind of boring so i had to make everyone a little on edge about Hoss since he wasn't from their dimension

 

Finally, I just finished upload the last chapters to complete the story and i will begin writing the Doctor Whooves story next week when i have time.

I must agree that the concept is not ENTIRELY original, and people give your stories WAY more respect when you simply integrate your OC into the fics, as a pose to the whole HIE thing.

But hey, I'll read your story.

Humans are surprising creatures, after all.

I hope you find that my store should be way different from the normal HIE stories but i could be wrong since i haven't really read any HIE stories myself.

 

Well since i am finished with the story finally i need some input. Should i write a Doctor Whooves version or start a new story? If i start a new story i will need some ideas so feel free to post what type of story you would like to see me write and what basically would happen in the story. If i like your idea i will use it and give you credit for the idea so nobody feels like im stealing their ideas.   I need ideas since i have to many different story ideas to pick just one and i thought it would be fun to write something suggested by someone else.
