This was uneventful...

Sky sipped the last bits of her coffee and threw the empty cup into the trash. She decided to just go back to her dorm and rest. She was going to go to a party tonight after all. She usually just dropped in on some random party and that was what she was planning to do tonight. She opened the door and immediately flopped down on her bed. She sat there for some time watching TV and sipping some sun drop. She loved sun drop...

As James walked out of class his heart was beating so fast as if it was going to explode his ears rang with as if he had just heard lightning. James looked around to see if anybody was in the hall all was clear. "Dear Celestia, I can't believe Sepia talked to me" James thought to himself, a smile forming on his lips. James for the most part wasn't really a geek he just chose to keep to himself, James was an okay guy he just didn't really think anybody was interested in him.

 

"What should i do" James thought to himself. One voice was saying to just walk away and go back to doing what he did everyday just go walk around campus mess around nothing special but the other voice was saying this was a chance for some excitement. " Deep down i always thought sepia was an interesting guy one who would be fun to hang out with" James thought happily to himself. "You know what i'm going for it the "informal rejects" party is tonight maybe i'll ask him out" James said out loud to himself

 

James had walked outside into the campus grounds it was pretty much quiet a few ponies walking around. James walked to the courtyard trying to prepare to ask sepia to go to the dance with him. James had ran into the Bathroom before leaving the English building and fixed his mane into its usual style with a few bangs falling into his face. James calmly walked to the courtyard all was quiet except for Sepia playing his guitar, Whatever he was playing sounded peaceful "The perfect place" James thought to himself.

 

Sepia looked up and saw James no emotion appeared on his face and he simply looked around at the dragon flies around him continuing his music. "well this is it, it's now or never" James thought to himself with a calming breath he walked over. James sat down next to Sepia and said "That's really good it's so peaceful and you seem to have a real talent" James said with a small smile on his face. Thanks Sepia replied continuing to play his peaceful sounds. " So I've seen you around campus and you seem like an awesome guy, and i know You really don't know me, but do you want to go to the Informal rejects party with me" James said, his heart stopping as soon as he finished

 

Sepia stopped playing his guitar and James continued to sit down everything around him seeming to be quiet. James sat and waited to hear what sepia had to say.

SCORE! Cute, Sweet, and Behaved. Sepia though to himself, forcing a blank expression. He continued to play a few notes and stopped, looking James in they eye. Sepia smiled warmly at James. "Sure thing man. I'd love to go with ya." Sepia looked up again as the dragonflies continued to dance over his head. 

 

"I'm really glad you asked me first, see i was gonna ask you but I'm real bad with askin' people out on dates. I dunno, on a date, I'd say im cool. But beforehand I get nervous. Jeez listen to me goin' on about myself." Sepia's face was as red as a fresh red apple.

James heart started beating again normally as he realized Sepia was A-okay with the whole date. As James looked at Sepia's face he realized it was actually red he was surprised he had never really seen Sepia more then a smirk in person and here he was blushing with a face as red as a fresh red apple.

 

Before James knew what he was doing he said "Um i'm sorry if i made you feel weird i didn't mean to umm make you blush even though your red cheeks are kind of cute" James gasped as he realized what he had said. "I didn't meant to.." James just stopped talking his face beginning to redden. "So about the dance you okay with it i mean i don't know if dances are your thing i'm okay with it, personally it'll get me out the dorm room and from what I've seen you're a cool guy" James said a little nervously his face still red.

"I would be delighted to accompany such a cultured and respectable colt such as yourself. I mean, look at you, well mannered, punctual, and cute. How can i say no to a night like this huh?" Sepia said, his blushing smirk changing to a grin as Sepia regained his confidence. "Yeah, I am so there man! Let's call it a date. You, Me, couple of drinks, loud music and a bunch of other drunken idiots." Sepia carefully placed his guitar back in the case and stood up offering a hoof to help James stand up.

 

"You're a real charmer James. I can tell already that this is going to be a fun evening." yeah...evening... Sepia thought to himself, realizing the day was still VERY young. Not even half way done. "Hey James, the party isn't until later tonight, and I figure if it's a date, why not make the day last? Wanna head on over to the art gallery? Maybe grab an early lunch?"

Regal walked the halls of the campus until he come across the doors to the library
"Well I did make it at the very least"; he said and quietly entered. Few ponies where around and most of the tables were empty. Sitting to a table all to himself he began the outline of a great prank he planned to pull at one of the parties. With the party only hours away he  had already gather the supplies ahead of time. 
"With so many ponies around. no one will see this coming" he said laughing to himself

"wow wasting your time on pranks" said a mare behind him. Snowy, his step sister, looked at his outline of his plan.

"you own if this goes wrong there a good chance you will get a beating from it"

"oh come on. it's just a some prank, Besides only ponies that come in Carriages will care about it, and any pony that has the bad luck of going to the bathroom after i get through with it"

"well if you're done being dumb I can help tutor you then" she said sitting down and opening a book.

"dear sister you are such a bore. I know you should go to the party with me" he said with a smile. She gave him a hard look. "if you promise to come I won't do my prank. Deal?"

"If only to save you from a beating... I suppose"

"Great! Let's get on with my tutoring then" tucking away his plans. - Well I still could do one small prank at the least- he thought to himself.

Hansel woke and tried to lift his head off the desk. Unfortunately, his right cheek must have developed some kind of bond with surface of the table, because it refused to corporate.

After some great difficulty, he finally managed to sit back and look around the class. He blinked a few times and wiped the drool away from around his mouth, before looking around an unfamiliar and somewhat empty class. Confusion was followed by unpleasant memories, which was then followed by dread when he looked up at the clock and saw the time.

 

He used his magic to put his equipment back in his saddlebag and his headphones over his ears, and casually began heading towards Star-Bucks, music playing a little louder then it should. Of course, he wanted to run as quickly as he could to his animation class, but something told him that it was probably too late for that. This at least, gave him a chance to see why Star-Bucks was so popular.

 

He walked through the courtyard and saw Sepia and James talking. He couldn't actually hear anything they were saying due to his music, but judging by their facial expressions, it looked like a somewhat awkward discussion. 

 

Hansel reached Star-Bucks, entered, and looked around.

 

Seems quite nice, actually.

 

He took his headphones off his ears and left them hanging around his neck, before walking up to the counter and ordering some tea and a croissant.

Neon said to herself then got up and drank the last sips of her coffee "Mmm...that helped wake me up" Neon said then looked around "Time to socialize" Neon walked over to a white pony with black hair. Meteorite was awoken by a ray of sunlight from his curtains "Ah what time is it?" he proclaimed he then looked over to his alarm clock. He squinted his eyes to make out what time was it after rubbing his eyes he saw that it is 1:00pm"ah well time get up" he groan while levitating his sheets off him he then proceeded to his mirror as he look into it he notice his mane was all tangled and a mess " ugh" he grunted he levitated his comb he then began to brush his mane softly. As he quickly got everything prepared he put his leather jacket and his dads necklace he then turns to his dresser and opens one of the drawers. He pondered a bit wondering which pair of headphones he was going to use today “hmm...I could go for the white one...or the silver...oh wait what the black one” he levitated the three. He closely exam each one”ah ha I’ll just take the red one” he said putting back the three and wrap the red ones around his neck he exited his dorm. He trotted into the Star-Bucks and ordered a hot popping coffee. After paying his drink sat down at an empty table he usually doesn’t stay there very often but today was an acceptation he then puts on his headphones and begins to jam out   ((OOC: if anyone wants to sit next to me they are welcome to))

Only half an hour in and already Regal was bored with Math. Math never being his strong point anyway, He never made a good effort in studying it. He rather learn Shakespeare or the Arts.

"Hey" he said cutting his sister off mid-sentence. "I only need need to know the basics right, I mean surely fashion models don't need all this right?"

Snowy turned her ice cold blue eyes on him and gave him one of her coldest looks. That look was more then enough to set him in his place."If you think that is good enough then yes, But if you want me to help you late on, you better stay where you are and learn this." He know that was a lie, but he could tell Snowy wasn't in the mood to put up with his Non-sense.

"Alright no need to eat me." he turned his eyes back to the book to avoid her stare. she went on with her lesson explaining Vectors and such that Regal was trying his best to understand. -Oh dear Luna. Some Pony, any Pony, Save me from this Cursed Knowledge known as Math.-

(any one want to help Regal? his poor brain just can take the power of math)

Hansel was staring out the window, using his magic to drink his tea, when he heard a voice from directly behind him.

 

"Oh, no! Of course you-"

 

By the time Hansel turned to look at the practically glowing pony, she was already sat down beside him.

He looked at her for several seconds.

 

"Your glowing."

"Heh. Either that, or the lack of sleep last night is getting to me. I usually spend the day sleeping after an all-nighter... not going to classes."

He looked at his drink and muttered to himself, "Actually, I probably should've ordered a large..."

 

"Neon Strobe? Well, it does suit you rather nicely." He giggled and smiled. "I'm Hansel Ink, by the way. It's nice to meet you."

 

He raised his hoof out, gesturing a hoof-bump.

"Well, I've been to parties." He said. "Though, honestly, I've never actually gone to any of these Friday night parties they have over here. Mind you, I can usually hear enough of it..."

He paused for a moment. "I guess I could check out tonight's party, though. It kinda sounds like fun... and I do like music.

Do you usually DJ these parties as well?"

Meanwhile, in room 42b, Mind's Eye and Rick were considering as to whether or not to go to the party.

"I'm not going to this party, Eye."

"Why?"

"Well, do remember last time?"

"Yes, but you got off the hook!"

"Only just."

"Well, you could go to the 8-bit store..."

"Which one? The videogames store or the one where everything is 8 bits?"

"...as in the one that everything costs 8 bits, and sell them for more. That way, we get a profit!"

"Okay then."

The two ponies went out of the door, and went to the 8-bit store, so they could scam other ponies.

It may be interesting to note that when Rick was referring to 'the last time', he was selling drugs and was snitched on by Frank Sawhit, but, with the minimal lawyer training he had, Mind's Eye defended him, using an edited photo as evidence. Rick only just got off the hook, and the blame was put on Frank Sawhit, who later murdered a model and was found guilty of murder.

Hansel looked at her for a moment before letting out a quite laugh.

"I don't think I've ever heard anyone at Camden ever say that they were bored before... unless they're in a class. Tired? Maybe. Hungover? Quite frequently. But bored?" He laughed again. "I can probably step out the cafe right now and probably find something to keep me entertained."

Only half an hour into the study of math and already Regal was ready to burst from the library. As much as he hated math he did learn a thing or two from his sister teaching him things. 

"you know what? I think i'm done learning for today. To much thinking ruins this pretty face" he said with a charming smile. Before his sister could say anything Regal stood from his seat and dashed for the exit

"Hay!" she called after him "You idiot! I will Maim you child" she called after him.

(anyone walking the hallways might have a chance to be ran-over by Regal, if they want)

"I will hurt him when i see him later today" she growled under her voice. She could see the librarian walking over to her. she knew what the librarian was going to say. Before allowing the librarian to speak she said. "I'm so sorry for my outburst and I apologize for my brother's actions as well" She bowed to the librarian, gathered her belongs, and left. -great that idiot made me look like some hussy- she left heading towards the girls dorm. Still she had to give it to her brother to be so brazen in his actions. -I should be more out going, like him... maybe i'll follow his lead tomorrow, today i have a party to attend. I wonder if i should go formally or something plain and simple. Buck it. i'll just go as i would to class. everypony will be too drunk to notice if i actually dress out anyway- and these were her thoughts as she walked back to her room.
