I have an iPad and I don't think making sigs/avatars like that is possible. Most apps are very simple photo editors made for giving pictures a more instagram like feel. Twilight Shimmer 30 August 15, 2015 Share August 15, 2015 (edited) I'm not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this (probably not) but whenever I select my magic wand to select things whenever I paste it down there is this white outline and I am new to paint.net so I don't really know how to fix this issue.
