Royal looked between them and sighed. He needed them to get along.

"Come, lets the three of us get some privacy. We have something to discus." He said, leading into his new office.

As he stepped in, he stared out into the window, closing his eyes to think. To prepare himself mentally.

Luscious followed without a word, as was common. Upon entering the room, he steps beside his boss' desk, a bit curious as to what words will follow. Sitting still as a statue, he watches Neon enter with a completely detached expression, the thought of an 'HR meeting' crossing his mind that caused him to roll his eyes once he had diverted his gaze

"Well that was an experience." Jack said after watching the whole ordeal. "Oh well. He got what was comin' to him." (I'm back. I'll try to do this as much as I can.) Jack walked to Steel to glance at his dead and hatred filled eyes. It sent shivers up Jack's spine. "Geez"

Royal sat down in his chair, leaning back to stretch his body out somewhat. He looked over the two ponies before he sighed.

"I'm not the stallion i used to be." He said with a nostalgic tone. "And i won't live forever." He said, standing up to give a more determined look. "A day will come when i can no longer lead this group, and i will be damned if all my work is for nothing. If things stayed as they are, with no clear secondary leader, i feel the gang would tear itself apart." He began walking around the room, pacing. "Which is why i want you two to be my new royal cards. The jack and the queen. So once the king falls, you will be there to hold the pieces together, until a new king is chosen."

Luscious takes a faltering step back, his eyes taking a soft, worried gaze. Luscious was not fond of the topic of death, despite his job and abilities, but deep in his blacked heart there was a subtle clench at the thought of the boss dying, his savior. He recuperates from the words and cycles them back through his mind, looking over to Neon with a slightly more stern look, his discontent with her being named queen buried deep as he could keep it, it was not something he should bring up, it was Royal's wish.

Neon followed behind Royal and Luscious. She was confused by what Royal was saying at first. When he finished she was surprised. She looked over to Luscious then back at Royal "You want me and Luscious to be in charge if you.." She trailed off "What? I mean, that would be cool and all, but, why me?" Neon wasn't sure she would be ready or able to run the Spades, tho she didn't want to admit it. But she hoped there wouldn't be a time that she needs to run the Spades...

As royal looked between luscious and neon, he could tell they were confused.

"Not really run it, at least not in a way you would think. When the time comes, i need you to keep it together until that file" He said, motioning to luscious. "is carried out." He looked over at luscious, giving him a nod, to acknowledge his feelings.

"I hope that day does not come soon, but if it does... luscious knows what to do."
