She snuggled deeper and mumbled under her breath, "five more minutes, you wakeypants." Unceremoniously she fell asleep again.

He sighed, more or less out of admiration, he thought she was beautiful for many reasons. Everything about her was wonderful to him, "Maybe you should start telling her more often...or do you already do it too often...you may never know." He smiled at her, and let her sleep for about another hour, while he lay by her, just watching her, listening to the soft snore.

The time came when he again tried to wake her. "Alright beautiful, c'mon now."

The time came when he again tried to wake her. "Alright beautiful, c'mon now."

"All right, all right..." Winterglade yawned. She tried opening her eyes, but the bright sunlight from the window was too fierce. She reeled backward and knocked her head to the wall. "Ouch! Oh Celestia... I overslept again didn't I?"

The memory from yesterday flowed into her mind. She could vaguely recall drinking something thick. Shakily she untangled herself from Fender and slid off the bed. She gave him a quick kiss. "Good morning there, love. Sorry about, uh, yesterday." She laughed nervously. "Any ideas on what to do today?"

He chuckled at her, "Well, wedding-planning, family visits, singing...you should teach me weathermaking! I actually haven't the slightest clue of how to manipulate any weather." He frowned, jokingly, "For a pegasus, I have no idea how to be a pegasus other than fly." he laughed.

Winterglade winced. That's whole lot of things to do. Just when she was feeling rather unwell, too. She was a bit scared of the wedding planning, she hoped that the planner wouldn't charge a hoof and a wing for the ceremony.

you should teach me weathermaking! I actually haven't the slightest clue of how to manipulate any weather." He frowned, jokingly, "For a pegasus, I have no idea how to be a pegasus other than fly." he laughed.

Winterglade chuckled. "Why do you want to manipulate weather? It's not like kicking clouds is special or anything. But... if you want to, I guess I can give you some pointers." She pawed on the floor. "Anyway, I gotta clean myself for a minute. My wings really need some preening." With that said, she trotted into the bathroom and started doing the morning routines.

It took her a lot more than a minute before she feel satisfied. There were a lot of itchy spots, especially in the pinion feathers. She really had to buy some feather treatment products. "Well, isn't that a lot of scrubbing," said Winterglade as she walked out of the bathroom, still steaming from the hot water. "Say, did you get itchy sleeping on that bed?" Not that she was saying anything, but she started to worry about the possibility of bedbugs.

"Say, did you get itchy sleeping on that bed?"

"Well...yes, but...more or less the kind of 'strange-unfamiliar-bed' itchy." he looked with slight concern at her, but also with kind of a smirk, "Yeah...yeah I'm thinking you should steer clear of alcohol from now on." he chuckled, "Righto, my turn." he said as he walked into the bathroom.

Didn't take Fender long to get washed up,

"Why do you want to manipulate weather? It's not like kicking clouds is special or anything.

"Hey, I thought about what you said while I was in there..." he scratched his chin, "...you say weather-making is nothing special, but honestly, I find it quite amazing when you do it." He grinned, "I do seriously wish I had a talent like that sometimes, your's especially. I loved winter before I met you, but you make the very idea of the season that much better." he said, approaching her side. "Let's just say, you make winter that much more welcoming." he smiled widely.

Winterglade let out an uneasy chuckle. "Yeah... I'll have to agree with that. No more alcohol." As Fender moved into the bathroom, Winterglade took this chance to examine her wings once more. There wasn't any clear sign of bug bites, but the itch was undeniable. Her mind trailed back to the wine from yesterday. For some inexplicable reason she wanted more. She facehoofed. "Nay, no more."

"Let's just say, you make winter that much more welcoming." he smiled widely.

She laughed. "Oh, you flatterer, you." She smacked Fender playfully. "It might looks cool once, but believe me you'll grow sick of it when you've done it like thousands of times. Singing is a better talent, at least with singing you can learn new songs or make your own lyrics."

Winterglade looked at the sky through the window. There were clusters of stray clouds here and there. "It's almost midday. If your appointment with the wedding planner won't be due for a while, maybe you can try kick a cloud or two."

"Never know, you might learn some new tricks with your snow-making." He grinned.

"It's almost midday. If your appointment with the wedding planner won't be due for a while, maybe you can try kick a cloud or two."

At this he opened the window and and hovered on the outside-looking-in, "Well, let's see what I can do then!" he said, then flying to the nearest cloud. He landed on it, and gave it a firm kick and...absolutely nothing. A lighter kick...nothing. He was slightly frustrated, and quite confused. A hard kick- nothing. A fight-for-your-life hard kick- he fell off of the cloud and had to quickly fly back up. He landed, frowning, "What am I missing here??"

Sleep time. @-@ Eyes are melting from looking at my screen. G'night.

Winterglade raised an eyebrow when Fender said that she might learn some new techniques in creating snow. She wasn't exactly keen on the idea of creating snow all the time, new kicks would be rather useless. She followed Fender to the sky and watched as the stallion try to do something with the cloud.

He landed, frowning, "What am I missing here??"

Winterglade held back a chuckle. It wouldn't do anypony good if she laughed at him. "You should buck the cloud while you're airborne." She fluttered to a nearby cloud and gave it a strong buck. The cloud momentarily rumbled before slowly breaking apart into clusters of snow to the ground below. "If you want to make it rain, you must condense the cloud by flying around it over and over again. It's better if you use a larger cloud and few pegasi to help you. I can't make any thunder, so I can't help you there."

He simply nodded, and with determination, he mimicked the buck that Winterglade did. It resulted in nothing, again. He hovered for a moment, "Hm...maybe I could try condensing it..." he mumbled, then quickly went to circling the cloud in an attempt to condense it. After about 30 circles, he got a bit dizzy, and stopped. There wasn't the slightest change in the color of the cloud, not a single drop of condensation either. He had done nothing to it at all. He squinted, now he wasn't frustrated, but curious... "Am I not capable of weather manipulation?"

"Am I not capable of weather manipulation?"

Winterglade was a tad confused. "This is weird... Any and all pegasus should be able to manipulate weather to a certain level. You can sit on the cloud without falling down, so I'm sure there is nothing wrong with you." She poked Fender's cloud slightly. It was damp, but not enough to gather any noticeable moisture. This is definitely odd. "Hm, maybe it's because you have never done any weather manipulation, your capability in it is pretty diminished?" she offered.

"I remember when I was a filly, me and my sister couldn't get anything from the cloud no matter how hard we tried. At least, not until we were old enough to enroll to the kindergarten." Winterglade reminisced. She could barely remember it, but she was sure that one time, Autumn nearly cried because she couldn't drink the cloud. "If that is the case, I guess you'll have to try and buck clouds every once in a while until something comes out, to train the pegasi magic inside you."

"If that is the case, I guess you'll have to try and buck clouds every once in a while until something comes out, to train the pegasi magic inside you."

"Hm, I guess. If I just cannot do it though...and am incapable...maybe that would explain my singing talent." he grinned a little, and landed on the cloud. "I mean, singing isn't exactly common among pegasi, and neither is any musical talent, really. When you think about it, most of us are either talented in weather-related stuff, or athletic stuff, or even- uh, well no I think those are the most common."

He hummed the rhythm of the song he sang yesterday for a moment. "Well, I guess we should start the day, huh? Lead on, hon'."

Winterglade shrugged. She landed on the cloud next to Fender. "I think it's pretty normal if most pegasi have cutie marks related to their wings one way or another." I also hoped that my talent was different, thought Winterglade, but she didn't say anything about it.

He hummed the rhythm of the song he sang yesterday for a moment. "Well, I guess we should start the day, huh? Lead on, hon'."

"Um... The wedding planner? In what hour do you have the appointment with them anyway? I think we should-"

"Sister!"

Autumn Glow appeared flew in out of nowhere and slammed herself to Winterglade, pinning the younger mare to the cloud with a crushing hug, nearly disintegrating it. "Having fun with your fiancee, I see. How's the hangover?" She smirked, and then sniffed the air before sighing in delight. "Now that's what I call the scent of love."

"N-No!" Winterglade struggled herself free, blushing. "Uh-We didn't do anything yesterday!"

"Then I guess you did it the day before yesterday?"

Winterglade couldn't bring herself to answer that question. She merely steamed in both embarrassment and irritation.

"Gotcha! You should wash that bed sheet real good." Autumn Glow smirked. "Anyway, I just want to tell you guys that father and brother are taking mother to to the Salty Spring plaza, and I have to help my colleagues training the newbies in my office, so the house would be empty until evening. Just thought you two might want to know. See you guys later!" She flapped her wings and dashed to the north direction, leaving Winterglade standing there, jaw dropping.

"Um... The wedding planner then?" Winterglade asked bashfully. Note to self, rinse the bed sheet at least six times.

Fender's jaw hung low at what all he just witnessed and heard, his face also red now.

"Um... The wedding planner then?" Winterglade asked bashfully.

Fender raised an eyebrow, his other one twitched. "You are aware of what just happened...right? Did she just imply that we should..." he stopped himself, "I didn't exactly have a date set to have an appointment, the planner just told me to come back soonish." He was still bewildered at Autumn's implication, and so, he rubbed his head for a moment in his confusion.

Winterglade facehoofed. "I don't want to know," she groaned. She sniffed her hoof once. It smelt of soapy water and dust, nothing more. Either Autumn's was a lucky guess or she need to wash herself more thoroughly. She poked Fender's flank once, still pouting.

"If the planner told you to see her soonish, then maybe we should check them before they get busy with something else. Maybe we can get a special discount?" Winterglade looked around the horizon, just to make sure that Autumn was indeed away to whatever she was going to do. She sighed. "I'm sorry about my sis. She can be quite a mouthful at times."

He chuckled, raised an eyebrow and grew a sort of sly, joking smile. "Well, you shouldn't have to apologize too much...I've gotta admit, the thought of an empty house is rather appealing." He let out another short chuckle, "C'mon then," He said as he started leading them to the planning building.

Winterglade raised an eyebrow. "Empty house?" she chuckled. "Empty house around Autumn Glow only means that she have prepared a lot of traps in the windows."

She followed Fender to the wedding planner office. The trip was a bit farther than she expected, but not long enough to be a chore. She landed in front of the door and double checked her cape. "Um, do you want me to go inside with you, or should I wait here outside?" she asked, clueless on what should a mare do in such a thing.

"Um, do you want me to go inside with you, or should I wait here outside?"

"I'm as unsure of what to do as you probably are." He frowned, "Hm, perhaps we should just go in and figure it out together-" suddenly, the eccentric mare from yesterday ran out and grabbed both of them, and quickly pulled them into the building, and into her office.

She slammed the door in excitement and got in Fender's face, "Did you propose?" Fender's face was blank in surprise, he simply nodded. The mare gave a squee, "Next comes the wedding!~~" she sang out.

"That sounds like a good idea-" A mare appeared out of nowhere and grabbed both Winterglade and Fender into the building and straight to an office room. Winterglade let out an alarmed shriek. Thankfully the mare didn't do anything weird, and instead squeeing excitedly when Fender told her about the proposal. Winterglade's ears fell, the mare reminded her a bit too much of Autumn.

Winterglade laughed nervously. "Yeah... I guess the next phase would be the wedding." She looked around the room. Looked like she was a wedding planner of some reputation. "Forgive me for asking this, but how much would you charge for a simple ceremony? Nothing too big, I would prefer only invites those who are close with us."

"Oh don't you worry your pretty little head, I'll handle everything, the cost shouldn't be more than 600 bits."

Fender grinned "I think I have about that much saved up...or more."

"But this leaves the big question: when do you want the wedding to take place?"

He looked to Winterglade, and back at the planner. "In the middle of Winter, perhaps?" He looked back to Winterglade for approval.

600 bits... Somehow she was expecting somewhere between 2000 and 5000. She had prepared herself for months of double-shifts. Hearing the surprisingly low price, Winterglade let out a relieved sigh.

He looked to Winterglade, and back at the planner. "In the middle of Winter, perhaps?" He looked back to Winterglade for approval.

"Somewhere in the first or second week of winter should do fine. I don't really want my mother to be at the outdoor when the winter is at its coldest," answered Winterglade. She leaned herself on Fender for support. "Um, if you don't mind me asking, is it possible that we held it in a park, or maybe at the outskirts of the town? A snowfall during the ceremony should be, um, nice." She grinned nervously.

"We'll have it your way, miss bride-to-be." He smiled, and kissed her on the cheek.

"Yes, yes, alright then. I'll get to work on this, you two just enjoy yourselves." she beamed, and shoved the couple out of her office, and closed the door.

Inside the room there was a loud squee of excitement. Fender rolled his eyes, and walked out with Winterglade at his side. "Remind you of someone?" He chuckled.

"Eh-I can walk just fine." Winterglade was unceremoniously shoved out of the office. She had started to worry if the planner would got obsessed and everything in the ceremony would be exaggerated.

"Remind you of someone?" He chuckled.

She followed with her own laugh. "Yeah. A bit too much, in fact. I don't really want to be stuck with both of them in a small room at the same time." The two walked out of the building, and for a moment Winterglade looked clueless, at least even more so than she usually was. She looked at the sky. "We have about... two weeks, at maximum, before the wedding. Everything seems to be unreal. Just two months ago I was still alone, traveling between cities for a new home. Heh, do you think we will have to find a new place to sleep in? I'm not sure if the inn would be okay with us staying there for three weeks" She sighed. "I really hope things would turn out okay."

"If I haven't said it before, and I know I have: I'll be there for you every step of the way. We've got time time to figure it all out," he smiled, "Til' death do us part." He nuzzled her, "C'mon, let's get something to eat." He said as he start leading them down the street. "How does ice cream for breakfast sound?"

Winterglade involuntarily shivered hearing the 'death' word. It sounded romantic, but something about that word just didn't feel right. Nevertheless, she returned the nuzzle.

"C'mon, let's get something to eat." He said as he start leading them down the street. "How does ice cream for breakfast sound?"

"Ice cream?" Winterglade raised an eyebrow. It was a rather unusual thing for a breakfast, but the promise of sweetness made her salivate. "Sounds good! If there's any waffles available, I would take them, too. But don't eat too much of it, though. We still have a lot of flying to do, and a stomach cramp would mean disaster."

He rolled his eyes, with a joking smile. "Whatever you say, mum."

He continued to lead them to an ice cream parlor he saw yesterday morning when he came to meet the planner. He shot his eyes to the side, to look at her while they walked. As they approached the parlor, he sighed in a sort of infatuated manner, "I can't wait to see you in that wedding dress." he sighed once more, in a defeated manner, "Then again, I can wait to see myself in that Tuxedo." He chuckled, "Well, guess I should be careful what promises to make to Autumn." he said as they walked in.
