The proportions of her head is just a tad big... other than that its a really good drawing (Especially for the time frame.)

 

I could see this being a really nice MLP Tattoo.

It looks pretty good I think, not sure about the feet position, I mean they seem kinda awkward, but idk for sure honestly.

 

I can't tell for sure, but I feel like her neck looks kinda thin, but not sure if its just the hair overlapping it or what.

 

Body might be a bit small, atleast in proportion to the head.

 

But overall it seems good to me, her facial expression is adorable .

The outlines need to get smoother, especially on the rope (It looks like bent bamboo). Overall not bad, did you work from a reference?
