advice for fanfic writer wanted

i am planning to write a mlpfim fanfic. a crossover with legend of zelda. ive decided to make it OOT and MM links unofficial last adventure. so far i got link finds a secret portal to equestria in the lost woods. Ive written creepypasta's but i dont want this to be grimdark as fuck. that is a habit of mine. im seeking advice from experienced fanfic writers because this is my first fanfic so if anybody can give any advice it would be appreciated

First, capitalize the first word in your sentences. Second, try to use punctuations properly. About the cross-over thingy, note that cross-over means an interaction between two different worlds, not a new ponified world which story is just the same as the original. There are so many other things, but it's a wise decision to wait for more details about your story before giving any further advice.
