I say, you should practice a little on the shading.

Have you ever tried to use the scobs of a pencil after you've sharpen it to shade? It is simple! Just put them on top of the place in the sheet you'd want to shade, and rub your finger around the place, but, beware not to use too many, as it might ruin the drawing.

I noticed that he has no nails. ohmy.png  Still in the hands, I would like you to practice in the fingers' pose:

Take a look at it, study, and try to make more shading in the hands!

You can also use that technique that I mentioned before to color the hair; It will looke smoother instead of rough! Also, the body lacks shading, but you can always pratice. Take a picture of yourself in the desired pose, and then try drawing it with correct shading!

I hope my advice has helped! x3

Now, I would like to say that you did a good job in this art-piece, nontheless.

Heyho.

That's a great drawing, well done! There's some foreshortening going on with his right arm, and I know how hard that can be to get right, but I think you did a great job there! That arm does look a little thin, and the palm of the hand could use a little more shading, but other then that, it looks good.

You say you're going to do an Art & Design course at college? I did that before uni. It opens up a lot of doors, but prepare for two years of total BS. wink.png
