Lin looked at the questions she didnt answer over and over and couldnt figure it out. "How am I gonna answer this...unless..." Lin thought for a second before she used her sharigan on the person in front of her and copy the movements of his pencil writing on his paper.

Tempest skimmed over the questions and answered a few of them. He then used his reikin jutsu to see what the people around him were writing.

 

Dark smiled and simply wrote the answeres for the questions. She had studied from a young age, and felt confident in her abilities.

((I never said we started the written test guys... but never mind that now, I can work with this I guess. But next time, please wait for me to start the things like this.))

Sole was a little suprised that they were forced to do a test as soon as they entered. And there proctor looked... weird. Sole soon realized that he would never solve these questions on his own, so he activated his sharigan and mimiced what the person near him was writing "its only cheating if you get caught..." he mumbled.

((Yep, same as lin. But there wasn't really many choices.))

Stone looked at everyone, so many different ninjas. All looking like they could kill her with no problem.....made her shiver.

 

 

She soon went through her test, she couldn't really understand any of these. But she had an idea, the guy behind her, was rushing through his test, looking as if he knew all the answers. 'Hmmm....pencils are made of graphite right? And graphite is a mineral....' She dropped her pencil raised her and and touched his pencil. "Oh I'm sorry" the guy rolled his eyes at her, and she went back to her test. Now she could feel the chakra impulses from the pencil, that she filled with chakra. She soon started to fill her whole page with answers.

Tempest was the first one to turn his test in. "I know I passed this." He thought. The young man didn't know what to do, so he just went back to his seat and waited.

 

Dark turned her test in after Tempest. "That wasn't to hard." She thought. The young woman then sat back in her seat.

Nightfury completed his test and turned it in. He then sat and waited for the other ninjas to finish.

 

Tempest sighed. "This is taking to long. I might as well do something worthwhile." He thought. The young man then slowed his breathing as he prepare to meditate.

The proctor of the exams glared at the genin who tried to turn in their test papers "I don't think so genin..." he said darkly, as he handed the papers back and grinned "you still haven't answered the tenth and final question..." he calmly walked to the front of the room "you must decide if you want to take the final question, if you don't you automatically fail the exams." He said with a dark smile, before a student asked a good question "but... why wouldn't we want to take the last question?" The boy asked nervously "because... if you take the question, and miss it... you lose the right to take the chunin exams for the rest of your lives... you'll stay genin forever!" Sole grit his teeth and cursed "shit..." he muttered.

Tempest sighed and stopped meditating. He glanced at the question and thought about it for a few moments. "I've come to far and worked so hard to get where I am." He thought.

 

Dark sighed and looked at the test. "I won't give up. My squad would never forgive me if I did." She thought.

Gabriel glanced at the ninjas watching his row. He sighed and put his head on the test. "Okay, let's see everyone knows that even a powerless ninja can pull off cheating, however that was a higher rank then me,"  he groaned. He glanced at the test before sighing at the impossible questions that arose from the test.

Stone filled the whole sheet out. But then it came to the last question. And she had to do it without cheating. So she did it in her own way without using the graphite as a supplier of answers. 'Hopefully the rest of my team doesn't mess up....or we'll be screwed'

"Great..." Lin stopped using her sharigan when she reached the final question. "If I answer and get it wrong I stay a gen in all my life...but if I don't I fail" Lin thought as she looked at the question. "I can't fail...not now after all I have done to get here" Lin thought as she went over the question over and over again.

Gabriel clenched his head. "Oh crap, I can't answer this question, wait," he looked closer at the question in which he knew the answer to one lead to another and finally he was on the tenth question. 'The tenth question,' he thought for a moment. He was stumped.

After about forty-five minutes, Tempest started to grow impatient. Even when he tried meditation as a means to finding the answer, he was no closer to it than before. "This had better be worth it.It doesn't seem like any of the others have a clue to what the answer might be." He thought.

Sole glared and flipped the proctor off "if you think I'm gonna run away with my tail between my legs, your wrong. I'm not gonna let you trip me up!" He said stubbornly. The proctor glared back, and was about to punish the mouthy little brat, until he noticed that almost half of them had stayed too, almost twice as many then normal. The proctor chuckled "he may be mouthy, but I think he just said what everyone is thinking..." he mumbled "alright!" He said loudly, for everyone to hear "you all... have passed!" He said cheerfully.

Tempest glared at the proctor, but sighed. "At least that's over." He thought. "Now, I can focus on a strategy for the forest of Death and the actual tournament." The young man then waited to go to the next stage of the exams

 

Dark simply facepalmed at what the proctor had said.

"I KNEW IT" Lin mentally yelled then acted surprised. "We passed...alright" Lin said knowing that this would have happened. "Next part of the exams will be those scrolls I bet" Lin said to her self knowing that nothing is going to be easy. "What do you mean we passed" A different Ninja said

Gabriel's eyes widened. He smiled and let out a sigh of relief. "We all passed, thank god," he said aloud. He smiled as he looked over at Tempest and then Dark. 'So that means the squad passed,' he thought to himself. He felt a over whelming feeling that he would be a great ninja if he worked on his Lightning Jutsu.

Stone stood there. Eyes blank, mouth closed. She looked shocked. Then she started to yell "WE HAVEN'T EVEN FINISHED THE LAST QUESTION, AND YOU NOW SAY WE PASS" she said starting to get furious. But she calmed down and took a deep breathe before relaxing

You will not be graded n these questions, and i hope you've all discovered the purpose of why the questions were necessary." He said happily "the last question was meant to test your determination and resolve. We needed to see if you had the guts and determination to never back down, even when faced with these kind of odds. But the others were meant to test your stealth and information gathering slills. Both are admirable traits in a good ninja. I'm proud to say you've all paased with flying colors!"

"Thank god that's over with" she said all stressed out as she fell back on to her seat and went limb. 'This means the next phase is in hand, wonder what'll it be. But can I pass it. Is it harder.....lets hope it isn't' she thought to herself. She didnt want to fail now when she was close.

Tempest stopped meditating and smiled. "I can't wait to get this over with." He thought. "Soon, I'll be a chunin." The young man then stretched.

 

Dark slumped in her chair and face palmed. "You have got to be kidding?Isn't the pointless, then?" She thought. The young woman then sat up and sighed.

"Now for the next part of the exams..." Lin thought as she knew she would have to rely on her sharigan but hope she wont have to use it at all. "There are a lot of others here...who know how stronh they really are" Lin thought. "So where is the next part of the test at" Lin asked

Sole grinned happily "aaaaalllrrriiiight!!" He said cheerfully "that much closer to becoming a chunin!" The proctor smiled "yes... but in only gets harder from here..." he said calmly, as the nearby window exploded as something bursed through. "Alright runts! Time for the next part of the chunin exams, and this is where it gets fun!" Said a femal proctor, as she quickly pinned a banner to the walls with kunai. "What the hell?!" Sole said quietly "man... you sure left a lot of 'em this year." Said the girl.

Stone grabbed a kunine knife and got into a fighting stance. But she quickly receded back to her normal stance. She was taken by surprise from the sudden abrupt from the lady that had crashed in. 'Oh...wonderful this' she thought while paying attention.

"What in the world" Lin said as she was surprised by the sudden appearance. "Um who are you exactly" Lin asked. "Cause you don't seem like a proctor for the exams" Lin thought as she stared at her. "Next part of the exams and what is the next part" Lin asked as she put the needle away that she was about to throw
