Er, interesting picture. I like it. One thing I would recommend, is that Rarity's body is quite disproportionate, and also, erasing lines fully would be ideal. As a third note, hooves don't quite look like feet.

Sorry to say, I'm not meaning to be mean, but nothing is in proportion, Rarity's tail is not a purple pig tail or a spring. It is elegantly curled, as is her mane. Also why does she have toes? Look on the rear hoof, farther away from the POV. It has TOES. She either has a beer belly or is 6 months pregnant, and appears to have five legs. Her mane is thin and skimpy, and her horn looks like it's snapped off. I couldn't even recognize Spike if he wasn't colored, and his head-scales seem to have turned into a clown wig. I'm sorry to say, you should try something that isn't art.
