"W... Wh... What... Ca...prish." Thunder could tell it was Caprisha because he saw a giant orange spot moving around. His vision wasn't good, but it was better that nothing. He couldn't see with his tight eye, but he didn't know that it was packed in with bloody bamdages.

Caprisha smiled and gave Thunder a kiss in his cheek before going behind the curtain. She came back with a little unicorn filly in her arm. "She came out perfect Thunder. Our daughter came out perfect. Which makes sense since she came from you." Caprisha said.

Tears began rolling down Thunders cheek. "She..... Is.... Is.... Beau...." Thunder said before his eye closed again and the heart monitar began beeping mote slowly. His heart rate was dropping. Thunder was dying right next to his own Family, and newborn daughter. Stuff.

Tears began rolling down Thunders cheek. "She..... Is.... Is.... Beau...." Thunder said before his eye closed again and the heart monitar began beeping mote slowly. His heart rate was dropping. Thunder was dying right next to his own Family, and newborn daughter. Stuff.

Charcoal panicked and ran to the door. "We need a doctor in here now!!!" Charcoal screamed down the hall, hoping somepony would hear her.

 

Caprisha simply stayed calm and sat down next to Thunder. "Thunder, if you can hear me... please hang on." Caprisha begged.

Thunders heart beat kept lowering as two ponies came in with a defibrillator. One of the ponies pulled away the blanket, which revealed the rest of Thunders body: thorn up, bloody and with a wing missing. The other doctor tried to revive Thunder with the defib.

Thunders heart beat kept lowering as two ponies came in with a defibrillator. One of the ponies pulled away the blanket, which revealed the rest of Thunders body: thorn up, bloody and with a wing missing. The other doctor tried to revive Thunder with the defib.

Charcoal gasped when she saw the missing wing. Being a Pegasus herself, despite not being able to fly, she knew how terrible it would be for one of a pegasi's wings to be taken off.

 

Caprisha got flashbacks to when her horn was taken off and even she shed a small tear.

After the fourth try Thunder finally got revived and opened his eye suddenly and with a shock. The doctors layed him on his chest to check if he had gotten new wounds on his back. This revealed how horribly his wing had been riied off, it wasn't a clean cut, it was like something grabbed it and pulled it off, and there was a piece of bone sticking out.

After the fourth try Thunder finally got revived and opened his eye suddenly and with a shock. The doctors layed him on his chest to check if he had gotten new wounds on his back. This revealed how horribly his wing had been riied off, it wasn't a clean cut, it was like something grabbed it and pulled it off, and there was a piece of bone sticking out.

Charcoal was sickened by this sight. She had never seen that bone before and she was close to losing her lunch because of it. Charcoal had to look away for a minute.

 

Caprisha was simply fascinated. She wasn't an expert on Pegasus wings, but she had never known about that none before.

"That bone isn't supposed to be there." One of the doctors said. The other looked at him with a confused look. Thunder didn't feel anything of the doctors that were fiddling around with his wing. He was about to fall asleep because he was so tired and stuff.

"What is this bone then?" Caprisha asked one of the doctors as she walked up from behind to get a closer look. All of this was very interesting to her and she didn't really care if Charcoal thought it was gross or something like that. She wanted to know more.

"It is the right bone, it's just gone way too far up, and it's broken off. But please, leave us alone with the patient for a bit. You can get some free coffee or something at the restaurant in the hospital." The doctor said as he rebegan fiddling with Thunders wing.

Caprisha sighed. "Alright fine." She turned around and walker out of the room. "Come on Charcoal. Let's go wait in the restaurant until they are done. And be sure to remember Pyre as well." Caprisha said. Then she turned and began walking down the hallway with her daughter.

Caprisha giggled. "I don't know why you are sorry for that." Caprisha said with a smile.

 

"Yeah. As long as you are alright we don't care if you were completely bald and had a disfigured face." Charcoal said with Pyre in her arms and Lightning sitting beside her.

Thunder smiled as he saw a pink little unicorn filly. "Who's the newcomer?" He asked. Charcoal and Caprisha. He started feeling the pain in his wing, or what's left of it. One wing stuck out of the wheelchair, the other was a mere stump of what had once been a wing.

Caprisha smiled and held up the young filly for Thunder to see. "This is our new daughter, Peach Storm. She came into this world a few days after I moved into my own apartment. And she is just the sweetest little thing. She has your eyes." Caprisha said. "Would you like to hold her?"

Both Charcoal and Caprisha gain sad expressions from Thunder's short story. Caprisha sets Peach down in her stroller and Charcoal puts Pyre in his. They both come forward to Thunder and give him a light hug so as not to hurt him even more than he already was.

Both the mares continued to hug him lightly. "I am so, so, SO sorry you had to go through all of that Thunder." Charcoal said.

 

"Yeah. I would gladly to through losing my horn a thousand times if it meant you hadn't needed to go through that." Caprisha said. They both started crying a little.

Thunder was annoyed by the attention he got from the two mares, but he remained silent because he noticed that they enjoyed hugging him so he let them be, unless they hug for too long, then he'll probably say something about it, but that's not right now.

It took them a while, but the two mares eventually broke their hug with Thunder and sat back down beside their respective foals. Lightning had been hiding behind Charcoal's leg the entire time. He had been getting better at speaking, but he still wasn't great at it.

Charcoal smiled and pushed Lightning out from behind her. "That is your father sweetie. Now don't be rude, say hello."

 

Lightning slowly made his way to Thunder and shook his hoof.

Lightning started to smile. "Where have you been? How come I haven't seen you?" Lightning asked as all small children would if they had almost never seen their father before and when they did he was all mangled in very unpleasant ways. "I missed you." Lightning said.
