"You... Shouldn't smoke." Thunder said to Caprisha. He didn't sound very interested, but he said it anyway. He then stood up and walked away, holding the cigarette in his mouth as he walked down the streets of Valkyrie. It was late and therefor not very busy.

Caprisha stood up with the cigarette in her mouth and followed Thunder, ignoring what he said about not smoking. He did listen to Charcoal's warnings so why should she listen to Thunder's warnings.

 

Charcoal followed along a few steps behind them.

Thunder kept walking until he turned around. "Get the fuck of my back." He started. "Go away. Leave me fucking alone." He said to Charcoal and Caprisha. He then flew off, knowing that neither Caprisha nor Charcoal could follow him that way. They both couldn't fly.

Thunder kept walking until he turned around. "Get the fuck of my back." He started. "Go away. Leave me fucking alone." He said to Charcoal and Caprisha. He then flew off, knowing that neither Caprisha nor Charcoal could follow him that way. They both couldn't fly.

Charcoal ran after him, screaming at him to stop. After a while she had lost him and stopped. She cried out in frustration in the ally she had lost him and just started breaking nearby boxes and barrels in anger. Caprisha came not much later panting.

Thunder flew off to a bar at the other side of town. He hope Charcoal and Caprisha wouldn'tcome looking for him there. How am i going to tell that i'll be sent out again? he thought to himself as he entered the bar. He ordered a whiskey and began a talk with the barkeeper.

Caprisha waited for Charcoal to calm down before lifting her with ber magic and beginning the walk home. She knew Charcoal wouldn't take it very well, and she came prepared. She slid out a drug she knew would knock her out for a while and injected it into Charcoal's neck.

Caprisha floated an unconscious Charcoal all the way home drawing odd looks from the ponies she passed along the way. She made it home and used her key to open the door. Once inside she shuts the door and sets Charcoal down on the couch and sits down herself to watch some TV.

Thunder managed to find home about an hour later. He tried fitting the key in the hole and after a while it worked. He came in. "H-Hey Prish." He said as he walked up to her to give her a kiss. It was hard to navigate being drunk Thunder had discovered before.

Caprisha saw how drunk Thunder was as soon as he walked in. She rolled her eyes and walked up to give him a kiss. "Hey Thunder. You think you might have had too much to drink?" Caprisha asked. She knew the answer, but she wanted to see if Thunder would actually admit it.

Caprisha was surprised by the news and could feel tears forming, but held them back and cuddled with Thunder. "W-when are you being sent out again. And for how long exactly will you be gone." Caprisha asked before remembering a crucial detail. "Oh and you are going to need to tell this to Charcoal when she wakes up."

The next morning he woke up from the couch. He had a slight headache but that was all he had left from the day before. "Hmmmm... I need to tell Char..." He murmered to himself.

Charcoal had been sitting on the couch since she woke up. She turned to Thunder when he mumbled and smiled. "Good morning sweetie." Charcoal said, nit remembering much from yesterday. She reaches her head forward to nuzzle Thunders neck as a sign of affection.

Charcoal felt tears begin to form. "W-what? B-bu-but you just got back. How could you leave again so soon?" Charcoal asked as the tears began to flow.

 

Caprisha came out of the bedroom with a yawn. She was about to say good morning but then she saw Charcoal crying her eyes out and slowly backed up into the bedroom again to stay out of this.

Charcoal was quiet for a long time. But eventually she sighed. "Alright." Charcoal agreed. She knew she couldn't do anything to prevent Thunder from leaving. So she was going to make sure the last day they had together would be one to remember forever.
