" ugh, lets check the houses, I dont think I can handle being in a nonvoluntary reality TV show!" she said exasperated." lets head to my house" she said, pointing to one of the identical houses

"I don't like the idea of people watching me sleep and take showers it's really creepy, and we didn't even want to do this, it's basically kidnapping, still is nice here it's weird how every single house is excatly the same, it would be hard finding somepony's house." he said while following Grand Finale to her house

Grand entered the housew and immediately went to the shower, checking every inch of it. " well if there are any cameras, i doubt theyre easy to spot" she said, not seeing anything remotely electronic in the bathroom. " you can take a look elsewhere if you would like" she said. still checking the hallways and such

He was going to look outside of the house and then he saw something "I found one!" he said as he picked up a fruit and saw the tiny lens staring at him. "You were right they were hard to spot but they are here" he said still dumbfounded. "Guess they knew we would get hungry"

Grand strutted over and picked it up from his hands, and promptly threw it out the window." thats one down" she said with a huff. She would stay here, but she would not be spied on in her own house. " now we just need to find the rest" she said happily. "so, we havent really had a proper conversation have we? where did you come from?" she asked, trying to make a conversation

"I was living in Ponyville before this happened. It was nice, I was a track runner and got paid very well. but then I had to stop racing" he said looking at the ground as dark memories flooded into his mind that had been sealed off because they reminded him of his mistake that he made that had changed his life. Trying to snap himself out of it he asked "Where did you come from before all of this?"

Racer followed Bubble's gaze into the horizon. Nothing but grassy hills, hundreds of grassy hills. "I suppose you could be right, but how could someplace like this exist? The map doesen't have any empty space. I wonder where we are." 

 

Tears began to well up in his eyes as he thought if he would ever get out of here alive. He thought about his home, he hoped that his pet canary was taken care of.

 

"Yeah, we could go back and find somepony or ponies to do something with. I saw a theater back there, but we'd probably have to figure it out ourselves if we went." The two then walked back more into 'town'.

"Oh. So this isn't all just thought up in my head!" Electro Dash comfirmed, pleased with herself. "'Cause I was gonna say. This place looks so boring! It's like if you were to melt down every building in Canterlot you would get this! All white and clean." She made a gag sound. "Could of at least tried to do something more homley. Like a home... And stuff!"

"Y-yeah, it's too clean and organized for my taste...."

He took a look around, wondering if anypony else was here.

" Why I am from Ponyville as well!" she said happily " I worked at the theatre, as I amv sure can assume from my cutie mark" she said gesturing to her mark. " and I am terribly sorry about your incident. I can't imagine having to stop doing what i love" she said, showing true sympathy

"That must have been cool working at a theatre" he said glad to be around somepony who gets what it was like for him "I would show you my cutie mark but I have to wear the suit because it is the only thing that covers my scar" he said while looking around some more "I found another one!" as he picked up another camera that was in a plant

"Hey, It's okay. I'm scared too." Bubble nudged him gently as they walked and smiled: not because she was happy, but because she couldn't stand to see him looking so down. "Like you said though, at least we're not alone. I don't think I could handle that."

 

Now that the initial shock was wearing off, her curiosity was starting to build again.

 

"If we're stuck here, we should find something fun to do, maybe take our minds off things?" She chirped - her voice starting to lose it;s miserable tone and return to normal.

He took a look around, wondering if anypony else was here.

"D-d-do you think anypony else is here, too? Hopefully we're not alone here."

He didn't make eye contact once, in an attempt to at least try and talk to a mare.

"Of course there are other ponies here!" Electro Dash retorted. "After all, building this ENTIRE place for two ponies is a stupid as the whole of EA! And as I'm sure you know, they are pretty stupid!" She flung her arms into the air. "My name is Electro Dash!"

The man sitting at the desk shook his head. "How they think that throwing a camera out of a window will help I have no idea." He pulled a few levers and flicked a switch, causing the exact window they threw the camera from to close, and then be covered completley by multiple sheets of corrigated steel.

The gray pegasus could see she was smiling only to cheer him up, so he returned the favor. "Yeah, there's probably something to do. They seem to have dumped us here and provided us with every luxury. I just don't get it." 

 

He suddenly got the feeling he was being watched. "Hang on a second, I gotta go do something." On a doorframe, Racer spotted a small lens barely protruding from the frame itself, and he flew towards it. 

 

He tried to pry it out of the door, but was satisfied with blocking the lens with one of his feathers jammed into it. "Bubbles, they're testing us, I can feel it. Oh dear Celestia, please save us from these mad ponies!"

 

He shouldn't have been surprised, but he was certainly upset. At least he knew all this had a purpose, and it was not some sick, twisted mind game somepony played. Or was it?

" My you have quite the eye for these little things! I just hope there arent any in the more.. intimate areas of these houses" she says with a laugh. The house itself was very nice, but knowing there are cameras around gave her the creeps. " so what about your family? I do hope they know where I am" she says, suddenly remembering her family

"My family lives in Canterlot, I'm sure they won't miss me" as he said that the window that he threw the camera out of closed and locked down with layers of steel "Well they are watching us" and then he says to any cameras left "TELL US WHY WE'RE HERE, AND WE'LL STAY!" He yelled so the camera could hear it

Looking decidedly nervous, Bubble shook her head.

 

"Test? What kind of test? I'm no good at tests... I'll fail!" She said uneasily, looking around her as if expecting to see hundreds of cameras watching her. "And why would they want to watch us?"

 

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, like her sister had always told her to do when she was nervous.

 

"Well if we have all this stuff, we might as well use some of it. Maybe if we ignore them they will go away? Or let us go?''"

A shiver shot down Grands spine. " perhaps we shouldnt irritate these ponies?" she said, a little timidly. "they managed to kidnap ten ponies without a hitch, who knows what they might do if we upset them?" she thought. all she wanted was an answer. She hoped nothing bad would happen to them

"If they try to come near you or me I will buck them in the face" he said wanting to protect her "And besides they took us because they need us if they kill us whatever their planning could be ruined" he said with confidence "Just give us answers and we will not snoop around, and we will participate in whatever you brought us here for"

Grand smiled a little, feeling a little better. " well, it doesnt seem that they are willing to let us know just yet. maybe we should look around? I saw a few other buildings on the other side of the field that looked like ther might be some fun stuff!" she said, not realizing how much of this place she hasnt explored

"Yeah let's look around, who knows what we'll find, something useful I hope" he said while walking with Grand to the buildings across the field "Where is your family?" he asked starting up the conversation that had stopped when the window had locked up

Well, My mother and father have been retired and touring around equestria for awhile now, but my little sister lives with me... I do hope she isnt alone right now.." she said, remembering how her sister might be all alone. "she is only a filly after all!" as they approached the buildings, she realized they were all entertainment venues. dance clubs, bars, movie theatres and more. "my goodness, they sure went above and beyond" she said, in awe

"This stuff looks really fun" he said staring at all of the buildings "Which one should we go into first?" he asked looking down the line of a bunch of buildings that had to do with food, entertainment and a bunch of other cool stuff "I could get used to this"

grand walked to the movie theatre and entered. the concession was totally self dependent, and ran only on electronics. " I hope theres a gym here too" she said, noting that all of this food was completely free. she looked at the theatres, and realized that every movie she could possibly think of was in listed in a little machine. "this is crazy!" she said, completely forgetting about the cameras and the kidnapping.

"This is awesome, I could live in this place forever as long as we get the answers we need" he said while filling up a large bag of popcorn "Want some?" he said while holding it out "We should watch a movie while we're here, it would pass the time and it would be nice to not have to worry about anything for a while"

Sure! what kind of movies do you like? as a fan of the theatre and movies, I love everything!" she said happily. she was glad there was something she had a passion for in this place. " I do wish these things were everywhere in equestria, not just here" she said laughing
