I know Tartarus was pretty much a little joke thrown in, but would it be cool if Tartarus was explained more, and that it even had a King/Queen/Prince/Whatever, maybe as a new villain?

I always had this headcanon that Luna and Celestia's father is the ruler in Tartarus and he can't get out much because if he did a "special" Prisoner might escape and destroy all of equestria

That has got to be one of the most legit explanations I've ever seen. XD

 

It would be kind of cool if things were explained a little better.  I doubt something as minor as that is going to get its own episode though.  If Rarity can't even get an episode in season three, I doubt a little thing like that will.  Maybe you could try asking straight at the source.  Lauren has a deviantart page you could try.  I doubt she'd know or that it was ever an intentional part of the plot more than just a little joke, but you could try.
