What's up everypony, my name is takai. This is the first MLP forum I have ever been on or registered on for that matter. I'm really excited to be here.

 

I first saw My Little Pony on Netflix, and decided to give episode 1 a watch. I had the idea in my mind that this show was too kiddy and girly for a guy so I never bothered to give it a chance, so I never continued. But at the beginning of June, I saw the preview for the MLP movie for the first time. I was surprised to see that they actually turned into humans. I had very little knowledge about the show at this time, so I couldn't believe it and figured it was probably a big deal.  But after seeing that trailer, I decided to turn on Netflix and try one more time.

 

I don't think I've ever been this glad being wrong. My Little Pony is a wonderful and charming show that now, only 2 short months later, is something I can't live without. I just actually finished the MLP movie and thought it was the right time to express my love for the show with people who like it as much as I do.

 

So I hope to have a lot of fun discussing this great show with all you great fans. I'm really looking forward to season 4!

Hi takai, welcome to MLP Forums! I'm a fan of both the show and the movie, too. Just like you, I was initially skeptical of the show. It took some convincing from an online friend of mine to watch it, but once I did, it quickly became my favorite show for many reasons. 

 

This is a great place to meet fellow MLP fans. There are lots of fun and interesting discussions to participate in - some involve MLP, and some do not. I'm sure that you'll have a great time here.
