InvaderShy 18 August 21, 2013 Share August 21, 2013 As all of us know, the magic is something that defines most of the existence and daily life in Equestria. Nonetheless, here in the Earth the magic doesn't exist, instead of that, we've got science and technology. And this is my argument to affirm that if any human being puts a foot on Equestria, he/she will not have to worry about magic spells or attacks because humans are immune to it. After all, magic spells can only harm or heal organisms that posses magic. Griffins, earth ponies, unicorns, pegasi and others could be affected by magic precisely because they born in a magic world. Hence, it's logical that a being that is born outside that "magical world" would be very resistant before magic. Are you agree? Disagree? Explain why. Winona the Dog 1,984 August 21, 2013 Share August 21, 2013 I don't really think that's how it works. The way I see it; magic is a force that uses the forces of nature For an example telekenisis, transgifuration, teleportation. All of which can be weaponized and used just as humans use thier own weapons. Of course, it's difficult to explain anyway because Equestria doesn't exist.

However, there was a quote I heard once (I can't remember from whom), which went something like "If magic existed, we'd call it science". This is really interesting, because there are things that would have been considered magic long ago, but is not right now. One could argue that we use technology to achieve this "Magic", but how is that different from a horn? Or the elements of harmony? Anyway, I doubt we'd have less of a resistance, as I don't think ponies "Evolve". Mr. Critical 434 August 22, 2013 Share August 22, 2013 I think magic would effect us. Magic is manipulation of your the physical and etherical world. Thus if an equestrian would use magic on one of us most likely it will effect the human. Demo Reel: http://mlpforums.com...-critical-r3994
