Fan Art and Prints

So i wanted to get some critiques on my work since im actually going to be selling these at Running of the Leaves con in Denver, Colorado, which is why i NEEEEEEED someone to tell me things i can change before i finalize everything, i really need your opinions and ideas on what you would like to see for prints. the characters i am doing are: 

The Mane 6 (yes even AJ)

Celestia

Luna

Derpy

Discord

Chrysalis

Octavia

Vinyl

plus maybe an anthro fluttershy in a maid outfit.(squeeeee)

the orbs that are surrounding discord are going to be the bubbles from his pipe with the mane 6 floating in them stunned. i thought that would be really cool.

Anyway, I think it would be cool if you did the same sort of idea with Derpy that you are doing with Discord.

Maybe you could do some sort of bubble theme with Derpy, like her floating in a bubble and eating a muffin.

 

I think for both Luna and Celestia you could do them looking over Canterlot form their castle with Luna having it be night time and Celesita being daytime, putting enfaces on the moon and sun and how large they are.

Twilight reading a book

Pinkie hosting a party 

Rarity doing something with fashion 

Fluttershy having tea with her critter friends

Rainbow doing a sonic boom maybe?

 

Vinyl and Octavia have a duel performance on stage.

you should definitely come to rotlcon then, if you google it you should be able to find it, badges are pretty cheap too, so i think that it'll be a good thing to go do. a lot of cobros are going!

its from october 31 to november 3rd i think. They really need people to buy badges and stuff so that it can get off the ground. theyre pretty cheap so i say go for it!

Woah, these are awesome! I love the Discord idea. Applejack loves lovely sat up against the tree too. I love your style and shading! Keep it up. 

For maybe ideas on how you can portray the others I'd say;

 

Applejack: Keep as is

PinkiePie: Perhaps with Gummy getting ready to throw a party, cakes everywhere and an overly decorated area.

Twilight Sparkle: Surrounded by books and reading something OR you could have her discover a secret library and her lighting up the room with her horn to investigate.

Rarity: Have her measuring a customer perhaps? and multitasking by sketching up a design / getting her sewing machine ready.

Rainbow Dash: Swirling around clouds managing the weather or you could have her trying to impress the wonderbolts.

Fluttershy: Could have her gardening with creatures helping her out or having her spring clean her house (I do like the maid idea though)

 

That's for the mane six ^^ hope it helps you out with some ideas

i'll probably do a more detailed version of this for a print, i just dont know what i would do for the background, maybe just something with bubbles. i do like how it turned out even if its a quick sketch.

I also decided to do some buttons, i think they'll be cool. 

 

 

ahhhh, i love the smell of fresh art in the morning, there's just something about it that makes you feel all colorful inside and such
