Season 4 - I'm confused

OK this is probably a stupid question but I'm risking it. If there's no season 4 yet, what did I download on iTunes?? And is Equestria Girls ever going to be avaiable on iTunes??

I don't know, it probably changed names when it was downloaded, I have the same thing with mine.  S3 episodes are listed as S5 episodes.

Both of them are probably available on iTunes. My guess is that iTunes will have Season 4 available when it does become available on November 23rd.

iTunes has decided to be dumb. They aren't selling seasons now, they're selling "series" or "volumes". So my guess is that you got a series or a volume.

Or Steve Jobs is trolling us from the dead.

Or it may have been a typo.

Probably what he said, Apple has been known to do insanely stupid stuff with the way they label iTunes stuff. They probably split into arbitrary and nonsensical groups like the company that released the Yu Yu Hakusho box sets.

 

To put that mess in perspective, that just used the old disc images from the smaller two disc sets, so you can have a case where you disc 3 of season two in, and it says something like round 4: disc 2 on the menu.

MLP on iTunes uses volumes now to organize their episodes, so you probably got some episodes from volume 4 :/ It's really dumb because it's listed as "Season 4" in your iTunes library, when it's actually a collection of episodes from late season 2. 

 

I would suggest emailing iTunes and letting them know about the misunderstanding. I can't promise you anything, but it's very likely that they'll understand and refund your order. I've had situations in the past with iTunes, and they were always nice enough to refund my money.

 

When the time comes, season 4 will most likely be on iTunes, since it's always been that way in the past. I'm not really sure if they'll ever release Equestria Girls on iTunes, but it's definitely a possibility.

 

EDIT: Just checked, and Equestria Girls is actually on iTunes now!

Equestria Girls is a huge dissapointment for most of the typical bronies or pegasisters. I was nearly on the final stage of raging which i could have taken a march to Hasbro HQ and reap every single developer soul with my two scythes (Tara Strong is no exception).

But i have calmed quite a little to give those Hasbro bastards a final chance to repair their mistakes in S4.

 

If Season 4 sucks, i will reap all their petty souls and throw them down to Hell.

My 4 year old LOVED Equestria Girls. I was impressed by the number of bronies in the audience that day - of all ages. We were lucky enough to see it in the theatre one of only two days it was playing in our city.
