What kind of Story line type do you like?

In previous episodes, Every episode, with the exception of the opening and closing, had their own story that began and ended for each episode.

 

I think that I would like to see each episode build upon the one before, so one big story. I like the other style but I feel it would be interesting if it changed to make things a bit more interesting

The kind of story type that I would like, is that each episode could have a different story whether it be a story arc in the form of two part episodes and episodes with a different plot if needed.

Frankly, I'd say that each episode stand on it's own, but have an overarcing plot for the season.

I like a Season-long story arc with a few stand-alone/slice-of-life episodes interspered in-between as long as the first and last episodes remain linked in some way.

I prefer episodes opening and closing their own stories. I just don't like one big story arc. I'm fine with the 2-parters at the start (or end) of each season but more than that... just not keen on.
