Are banned members who were subscribed still...subscribers?

I was just browsing through some fanart. There was a topic for a picture of Rarity hating Twilicane I had already replied too, but it was funny to me, so I thought I'd give it another peek.

 

So, I was scrolling down, right? And I saw a recently banned member who was also a subscriber, and he still had the subscriber title under his name.

 

If I counted my chickens correctly, I believe a subscription is where you make monthly donations to MLPForums, or Poniverse, or something.

 

Is this banned dude still making monthly donations to the site?

With the way paypal works, the member needs to cancel the subscription themselves. We can't actually do anything, its all on their end. Its actually quite a common thing when it comes to subscriptions over paypal.
