What backstory do you have in mind? She's a shy pegasus and i didn't really think of flutters when thinking up this chracter. She can fly and sneak up on people silently and can do alot of aerobatic tricks. despite this she cannot fly that fast. Thats all i've really thought of currently. but i'm brainstorming!
