The dogs growl and one lunges for her leg while the other went for her face with his claws

Wanderlust hesitated only for a second, no matter how much he hated the dogs and felt they deserved rot, he had to somehow help Willow or he was afraid the magic was going to burn her away, "Y-Yeah, if it will help you feel better of course. Lets go give them some peace..." it made his heart ache to think he would do this for the dogs, it was a betrayal to himself but he would take it with dignity.

Star sees the diamond dogs jump her and she painc thinking"what do i do what do i do,m..maybe i should protect my face or i can attack". Star puts up her dagger wait for the dogs to get near her and when they did swang at one but the other bit her leg"ahhhhhhhhh" she screams then stabs him. she then falls over because one bit her leg.

"I know this would be hard for you. But I sensed in them that they were forced to be mean. I couls see that they were afraifmd of their leaders, so they did bad things. So will you help me, Wanderlust? There ks a nice big tree next to the bodies." Willow stood right in front of a body, and held her head high. She had a concentrated look on her face Sparks flew avove her head and then sputtered away. Then a shimmering aura surrounded her, and the same with the dog. It slowly lifted into the air. "I- IM DOING IT! I CAN DO MAGIC!" Willow gently placed the corpse next to the tree. "I DID MAGIC! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!" She wrapped Wanderlust in a hug, gave a few trees hugs, and a few startled rabbits hugs.

He looked at the filly in complete awe, he barely kept a grip on the diamond dog that he was trying to move. He tried to hide it though, "Of course you can silly filly, I told you when I looked at you through the Swirl monocle you've got the most magic thing I've ever seen. You've got a sun in you." He smiled as she darted around, it was the truth, but he didn't tell her that he had never seen any creature use magic without a focus, some creatures used hands, others use items like a wand, necklace, weapon or armor, heck Runedawn used his runes and all unicorn still had to use their horns. But here was Willow darting about simply creating magic... The thought occured to Wanderlust, 'How powerful would she be if she could focus that power.'

One by one, but slowly, Wanderkust and Willow set the dogs down near the tree. When they put them there, the dogs disintegrated, ribbons of light floating in the sky. Once they were all done, Willow sat down. That was the hardest work she had ever done in her life. She was panting and sweating. She knew unicorns could have easily done ten Times as much and still not be tired, but she was proud. "That was a lot of work.." She closed her eyes, and immediately fell asleep on Wanderlust's lap.

Runedawn did not like the sarcasm in the strange ponies voice. "Ye can manipulate us all ye want, but I'm goin' to kill you eventually!" He screamed at the air the dark pony had just occupied. He didn't bother to look at chilly. "Sorry for leavin' ye behind, not very friendly of me... But we have to get goin' right now if we want to beat that... Thing. I think I know where the shards of the sun are, I just need a forge big enough to put 'em in..." He explained while already walking towards the group ahead. "Dit that thing try to get ye on his side... You know you can't let that happen. It will turn ye into a terrible pony' he preached. He then added chuckling: "And then I'd 'ave ta kill you too! We don't want that happenin'."

"No we don't want that happening" he said in a blank tone. To him the deal was still on, there was no way from it now, he had grown power hungry. And his mind was broken making him all that much vulnerable. But to his importance, he had to enjoy himself in all of it.

Wanderlust smiled down at the sweet foal, she still seemed like she was burning but at least it didn't hurt her. He could only hope she would change back soon or they could find Luna and she might help.

 

He couldn't help but run his hoof over her mane and pick out a few leaves and small twigs, she did hug those trees pretty hard and the bits had started to smolder in her hair. He looked about but couldn't see anyone else from the group from where they were. He was curious about where they all had seemed to have gone but decided he'd rather let Willow sleep; they would come find them. He hadn't tired from moving the dogs but laid down next to her and pulled a blanket from his saddlebag to keep them warm.

 

He stared at the night sky, and pulled a long brown feather from the bag as well he twirled it between his hooves. He thought of the times he and his special someone had talked about one day raising children. He thought about what it could have been like if he had lived his life with her as he stared at the moon. He didn't want to put the feather back in the bag so he stuck the feather behind his ear and wished things could have been different as he drifted off to sleep.

(When I imagine this scene in my head, I can't help but going. AWWWWWWWWWWW... 'Cuteness overload, system malfunctioning')

 

Willow dreamed about the time when she would finally see Princess Luna again. She dreamed of seeing her create Equestria all over again, and she saw herself and her friends helping. She thought of Runedawn, Chilly Bones, and Wanderlust and how they hadd all helped her so much during this adventure. She could not think of any words to describe her gratitude towards them. She did not notice the tear of joy running down her cheek and falling onto Wanderlust's hoof. She never had any friends, except for Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. Now she had them. For the firsr time in a long while, Willow was smiling.

@@dashian500 @ (so I was making the next scene with the Alpha and his minions when you got captured so now you get to be apart of it, this will be interesting )

 

When Gibbs and Roxxy had returned to the Everfree den they had been locked in the Kennels; Now they stood in the Alpha's throne room which was now empty except for them, the Alpha himself, his war general, a behemoth of a dog named Cujo and Snuffles who was still in manacles. The two dogs had just finished explaining what had happened to their packs.

 

Alpha Rex glared at the two dogs, "So now they say that the demon is in a stallion and you tell me that they have an Earthstriker among them. This herd of ponies is strong enough to kill NINE of my dogs and send TWO of my lieutenants running with their tails between their legs but they couldn't chase down a RUNT!" He gestured to Snuffles who was looking quite smug.

 

Roxxy lowered her head and Gibbs spoke, "I am sorry my alpha, they are a herd unlike another we have seen. There must be some powerful demon protecting them and its guards are equally strong. So we had to give the pack warning"

 

Rex sniffed the air, "their power is not as great as you would think. I when you returned empty pawed I sent a small group of actual warrior dogs and already I have results. Cujo go and fetch the prisoners." The mountainous dog nodded silently and strode from the room with surprising speed and grace.

 

Outside the three ponies stood, they had chains on their hooves so they could barely walk and blindfolds on their eyes. General Cujo spoke in a deep but smooth voice, "You come in and see the Alpha now, just keep walking forward slowly ponies and you won't run into any walls." He opened the grand door for them.

Cujo reached out and gently lifted the mare with one hand, and spoke quietly to her "no crying pony, the alpha will only use that to hurt you more." He pulls out a hanky wipes her face to clean of her tears. "Be strong and humble or horrible things will happen." then walks forward carrying her into the room to set her beside the other two.

The Alpha looked at the hunt leader, "then muzzle him you idiot and then you may leave. Your men and you deserve reward you may each go into the private storeroom and pick a bone of your choice."

Grell didn't mind the muzzle he didn't have to speak to kill only focus.... and see his target

Steel heard what had happened he had a small razor under a feather on both wings and was planning on how to get out and save star and grell

Willow woke up. She saw Wanderlust sleeping beside her, and gently shook her. When Wanderlust wokw up, she said "Wanderlust, can we go find the others? I think we have been alone for a long time now and they could be anywhere by now." But there was one thing. Willow was engulfed by black flames. Her tail, mane, hooves, and wings were on fire, and her eyes were devoid of any color.

Alpha Rex gave a barking laugh at the blindfolded and chained mare as she was placed with the others, she couldn't even walk and still had the bravado to say something like that, "oh I am scared of nothing little mare but you must wait your turn. You are only three and your herd is much larger. So I have the packs stone seer coming to prove that you tell the truth." He moved to the ponies removing the blindfold of Star and Steel he paused in front of grell but left the blindfold on, "you two may watch."

 

Rex turned back to his two lieutenants, speaking calm and matter of factly "Now while we wait for the stone seer, I must address how YOU HAVE BOTH FAILED ME!!" The end of the sentence was an explosion of rage as he outstretched his bejeweled paws on which runes shimmered.

 

Both dogs were suddenly covered in a red aura similar to unicorn magic, they were slammed into the floor and whimpered as the weight of the magic was crushing them. Their alpha strolled over looking down at them, "You came to carry this important news to me and it is true that it was your duty, but it only takes one dog to deliver a message. Only one of you should have returned the other should have died in battle." He casually reached to his belt pulling out a dagger and tossing it to the floor between them. "Fix that fact." He released the magic holding them down and both dogs dove for the dagger.
