TheRainbowTwister 0 January 10, 2014 Share January 10, 2014 I have always wished for a community like this and am very glad to have found all of you. Call me RainbowTwist. I am a balloon artist in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA and welcome any other Bronies in the area to come and hang. I only look like an adult, at heart I am a loving 8 year old. This is due to a promise to my Grandmother shortly before she left me. She told me that I had a choice to make. There is no choice to grow older, but you can choose to grow up...DON'T! I simply said, "Don't worry, I won't" and I guess I have done a good job of doing that. Most of my friends that I hang with are age 3-12 and only know me in the park. I make them balloon animals every time they come to the park and will often take the time out to play in the fountain with them. Age is never a factor, their Mommies and Daddies know that I would never let any harm come to my little friends. We just play, have fun and learn how to treat each other in a safe environment. I wish more of the world could be like that little piece of the park. This site is another place of safety and learning just like my park and I am so happy that it is here. I now pass on to all of my young and old Bronies alike...You have no choice to grow older but you have a choice to grow up...DON'T! Keep the joy of being a child forever! Krys9 456 January 11, 2014 Share January 11, 2014 Growing up is important but I do agree that you shouldn't lose the child-like innocence that you had when you were younger. It can be hard to hold onto when everything is changing around you like for instance in my life I have lots of friends pursuing different opportunities to go to different schools for the profession that they choose. Getting girlfriends/boyfriends is really awesome and working and making money is another great thing about growing up. Starting families of our own is something to also look forward to.
