Um....You are kinda missing a eye and the one you do have is a bit to centered, kinda looks like a cyclops. The line art is pretty good though.

Also is she meant to have a tail or not?

Okie dokie, I don't mean to be a downer but a couple of stuff.

 

Where's the other eye?

 

The current eye's coloring is a bit too thin, try to make it larger. Also attempt to round it out.

 

The mane is VERY scrappy, I'd advise just making it look cleaner. No offense but it just looks... very noticeable. Maybe thin out the lines at the end? Yeah, try to thin out the lines.

 

Is he supposed to have a tail?

 

The line art is fairly good, though i'd have the neck a bit more thin.

Thanks for the advice, and about the tail, I brainfarted on that xD
