Not bad! I like the eyes, and the centering seems right. you might want to fill out their wings a lil more, stylistically, and the moon really doesn't need to be there.

I really like this backgorund and I like how you used a semi-realistic approach for the shading, nice job!

 

Two questions and one suggestion, though. First the questions, will this be available for download in different sizes (for example 1376 by 768 pixels) and will you be making more desktop backgrounds? Now the suggestion, I think it would be great if you added some type of lighting effect like an aura of some sort to emphasize on their elemental power.

I will upload different aspect ratio versions for you.

I will be making more desktop backgrounds (when i get time and once i think of something to draw).

I think what you mean is to have the elements glowing? I'm not entirely sure but I will see what I can do.

The overall concept of the wallpaper and the actual drawings of the ponies themselves are really well done. The only small things I can see are possibly shifting Twilight and Rainbow Dash over to the left more so they are centred properly. And, for my taste the background, being a solid colour, doesn't really fill out the wallpaper as it should. The glows add, but perhaps a transition to a more galactic/cosmic themed background at the top would give the wallpaper more feel.

 

Also your wing design really works for Fluttershy and Twilight, with them being on the ground, but I'd say perhaps spread Rainbow's wings and flare them out, which would also fill her out a bit more and help her to stand out a touch more (she does look a tad small compared to the rest).

 

In the end, wonderful background~!

I love the outer glow to the Elements. The whole picture is beautifully unique! Great work!
