Rain was still staring at the blistering red and black patches of her skin. What surprised her was that they didn't hurt.

I guess everyone else left...

That was when there was an eerie noise. Her heart started to race and she spun in circles.

"Who's there?" she called shakily.

Rain screamed and fell over, grabbing the flashlight and pointing it straight at the legs.

Rain was shivering as she continued to grasp the light, spreading its glare over the familiar settings.

Fire leaned up against the wall waiting for Riza or Ten to open the door.

Rain looked around for the elevator and started to head towards it quickly, nervously looking around.

Fire shrugged. He just teleported in the house and began to look for Riza.

5hit! Rain thought, trying to keep low as she putted ever so much closer...

*Suddenly, a bright light shined overhead and shot down, slicing through the bat creature and landing right next to Rain. The light dimmed and revealed Weiss, standing there.*

"Are you alright?" *She said to Rain, and then noticed that it was the girl she saw kissing Shadow. She got a sad look on her face.* "So you too eh?"

Rain ducked instinctively then looked up at her saviour.

"I am so, so sorry," she blurted, and she randomly hugged Weiss. "I didn't know..."

"We should go, it isn't safe here."

"Hold on tight."

*She said and began to fly, bringing Rain up with her.*

Rain looked down at the dark city. It felt good to be flying again.

"I don't want to bother you but...what's going on? Where is everybody? I thought you were...uh...dead," she said clumsily. "Oh no, I've offended you, haven't I?"

Fire looked quietly for Riza in the house. He still looked relatively sad, and if you looked at him there was an obvious look of something being wrong.

Rain chuckled a little at her reply, thinking she was kidding, but then caught sight of her own arm again.

No one was there...the monsters...the darkness...my arms...no way I could've survived a burn like that!

"What happened to me?" she asked quietly, trying to hold back any emotions she had.
