With that said, Blacklight and Earrvi turned and began walking towards the exit and after they had gone out of earshot Blacklight turned and said, " Well that went well...I suppose. Though I'm still not exactly happy with the possibility of going back to this school." Earrvi pushed open the doors and replied, " Oh come on it's not that bad though the fact your a pegasus in a human school might cause some problems..." As they reached the edge of the road Blacklight stopped and asked, " Ok so now what?" Earrvi only pointed to the nearby bus sign as he replied, " Now we wait for the bus."

Seth nodded to the teacher's request and began walking back to his seat. However, before doing so, he asked, "Quick question. Have humans figured out cold fusion? I worked with team on one back home and was wondering what model your species uses." He said. When he turned back to Andrew, he had a slight smirk on his face.

 

"Why are you so cherry?" Andrew asked. "You already asked me about cold fusion and I told you we are nowhere close."

 

"I just wanted to silently troll a teacher for having me work on such a remedial thing like physics." Seth explained, looking to the work. The two started the work, both grasping the task quite easily.

After a few minutes of standing, Blacklight finally spoke up, " Soooo...how long is this going to take?" Earrvi, who had been checking the time on his cell phone, looked up and replied, " It should be here any minute now." Not long after, an bus could be seen rounding the corner and stopped at the stop. Blacklight just stared at it for a few moments before speaking, " So we're going to enter that?" Earrvi's response was to enter and pay for both of them, with Blacklight tailing behind soon after. Taking their seats, the bus soon began when they realized everyone on the bus was staring at Blacklight and stayed in the form of a awkward silence for a few minutes until one spoke, " Is it your pet?" Blacklight until that moment had been trying to ignore the stares, glared at the patron angerly as he replied, " I am nopony's pet! Why don't you just sit and mind your own business!" They all gasped collectively and quickly looked away, leaving the bus in an awkward silence for the rest of the ride.

"Why do you have two separate systems of measurement?"

 

"Seth, of all people to ask, I would not be the one to be asking." Andrew explained.

Leaving the bus when it reached their stop, Blacklight and Earrvi  had been quietly walking back to Earrvi's apartment when Blacklight suddenly turned and asked, " I forgot to ask earlier , but what is your name? I would tell you mine buuttt...you already know it." Earrvi turned, realizing that during all the confusion, he had forgotten to tell Blacklight his name, " Oh sorry...the name's Earrvi Torres. It's nothing impressive though..." Blacklight smiled slightly as he replied, " Well don't be too humble now...you are one of the few humans that's ever gotten to know a pony so I would count that as an impressive achievement." Earrvi gave a small chuckle as he replied, " Thanks...anyway were almost there." He pointed to a nearby apartment building as they continued walking to it.

As Andrew and Seth walked out of the class, they stopped at the sight that was unfolding. Caelan was on the floor while Night was being strangled by a human. At the sight of it, Seth entered a aggressive posture. "Which one do you want?" He asked, not taking his eyes off the attacker.

 

"Seth-"

 

"Never mind." Seth yelled as he lunged at the round aggressor. The wolf forced him to the ground, allowing Night to escape. At the human laid on the ground, Seth forced his claws against his neck, nearly allowing them to puncture skin. "Don't try that again." He warned, a deep growl building as he did.

" Well home sweet home..." Earrvi said as he opened the door to his apartment, revealing decent sized apartment, if not a little on the small side. Blacklight entered and after taking in the apartment replied, " It's alright. So, do when do you think the others will get out of school because I still have some questions for them and I'm determined to get answers." Earrvi , after removing his sweatshirt, took a seat at the couch as he said, his face neutral, " I also have some questions for them and as for when they'll get out, I think it'll be sometime in the afternoon." Blacklight sat down across from Earrvi and after a while asked, " Sooo...what do you do for fun?" Earrvi, who had gotten lost in thought, suddenly turned to him and replied, " Well normally I would go out with some friends, but I don't trust you enough to leave you alone and I don't exactly want them to see you yet." " Oh, well do you have another ideas..." Blacklight said, slightly insulted . Earrvi thought for a minute before getting up an pulling out two remotes and turning on his PS3. " What's that?" he asked, becoming interesting in what Earrvi was doing. "Oh this. It's my PS3, wanna play?" Blacklight looked at the console suspiciously for a few seconds before shurging and saying, " Sure why not though how do play it?" " With this." Earrvi said, as he gave Blacklight a remote. Blacklight looked a the remote for a few seconds trying to find a way to press all the buttons. This is going to take a while...noted Earrvi dryly as Blacklight struggled to used the remote properly.

As Andrew stood up from Caelan's side, Seth joined him at heal. "You can't accuse us of a crime that we did not committing just because of an outlandish accusation from the students." The wolf protested.

 

"Actually, he can." Andrew corrected.

 

"But I thought you said this nation ran as a democracy?"

 

"That's our nation, not our schools." Andrew replied as they walked down the hall fallowing the principal.

"Well, I guess that's a day off for us, Seth. Let's head for this guys house before it gets to dark." Andrew said, looking at the paper. "Hmm..."

 

"What's up?" Seth asked.

 

"It's a bit of distance from here, we could take the desert flatland and you can get some practice driving for once." Andrew explained, gaining a smile from Seth.

 

"See ya guys!" Seth called as he bounded out the door for the truck. Andrew fallowed, jumping into the passenger side when they got into the truck. Seth took diver as he grabbed the keys from Andrew's awaiting hand. He turned on the ignition and put the deuce and a half in gear and began to drive off towards the flat lands.

 

"Ok Seth, take it easy. Just keep it on the road until we hit the flats." Andrew cautioned. Seth listened to the warning, but was dying to hit the open land. The second the tire his the dirt ground, he floored the gas, propelling both him and Andrew against their chairs.

 

"SETH!!!" Andrew yelled as they sped along the dirt.

 

"Just like back in the empire!" He yelled back as he drove to the other side of town. The wolf dodged rocks and dirt piles with perfect precision turns. The truck took the punishment Seth gave it with ease. After fifteen minutes and a close heart-attack from Andrew, they had arrived at the other side of town near the apartments. Seth drove back on concrete and came into the parking lot. He parked the military transport and shut off the ignition. Both he and Andrew hopped out of the truck and approached the apartment where the guy lived. Andrew knocked on the door, Seth at his side.

Blacklight, after several failed attempts, had finally found that he could use his wings to hold the controller. " Great lets start!" Earrvi said as he started the session. They were about to start playing when a knock came from the door, immediately both shouted in unison, " COME ON!" Earrvi, a slight bit pissed, walked up and answered the door. " It better be importan-Oh it's you guys..."  Earrvi said, eyes widening a little in surprise.

When the door opened to reveal Errvi. "Hey..." Andrew said, still recovering from the chest pain. "We came to see if you need anything."

Earrvi said as he closed the door, " I really don't want the sprit of Chaos trashing up my apartment, I pay enough as it is and I don't want to add replacing the furniture to the list too. Also, if Night has the ability to spawn people does it he may have been somewhat responsible for Blacklight here." As he finished, both he and Blacklight gave Night a questioning glance.
