"Gale...I've loved you ever since we first met. There was just something about that... separated you from the rest. You're cool, you're awesome and...you're everything to me. So Gale..." Thunder stated as he got down on one knee, opened the box and revealed the ring. "Will you...marry me?" Thunder asked.

Gale gasped, her wings spreading on their own in her excitement. Her eyes shone, and a squeak of delight came out of her mouth before she squealed, "YES!!!" She launched herself at Thunder, wrapping her hooves around him and kissing him.

Thunder's eyes went wide, for he didn't think that Gale would get that excited. He then returned the hug. "I knew you'd say yes. Now I guess it's time to plan the wedding." Thunder stated as he continued to hug and embrace Gale. He was very happy that Gale would be his future wife.

Gale sighed happily. "I love you, Thunder! I love you so much!" She was elated. "Oh! I've got to call my mom!" She quickly dialed her mom's number

 

"Hey Mom? How are Feather and Lila?" she asked first, out of politeness. "Oh good! Guess what Mom?! Thunder just proposed to me!!! Eee I know I'm so excited!" She grinned. "Thank you! Yes, we will! Bye!" She hung up.

 

"She was really excited, and on top of that Feather and Lila are getting better," she told Thunder, still grinning. "She's really happy for us!" She hugged him again.

"Well I'm glad that they are getting better..." Thunder stated as he looked out to the sky. "I wish you can see me now mom..." Thunder said to himself as he looked back at Gale. "So...shall we get planning on the wedding?" Thunder asked Gale as he got up and went to sit on the couch.

"Yes!" Gale smiled and sat down next to him, leaning against him. "I can hardly wait! When do you suppose we'll hold it? We'll have to invite my family over...I wish yours could come!" she added, sighing.

Thunder went about planning the wedding. He was a little sad that he could not go see his mother and talk to her about finally getting married. Soon, the day of the wedding came and went.
