My favorite fictional universes are:

Star trek. (c'mon, the originals!)

The 'Elder Scrolls' universe.

MLP, both fim and G1.

Gensokyo, as you could maybe guess. Although it would suck if you were a regular human without the ability to get special powers, if you were a Youkai or a human with powers it would be so cool to meet the people there and have danmaku fights.

Reapers not withstanding, the Mass Effect universe would be an awesome place to be. Especially if you were lucky enough to be a biotic of any kind. Pokemon should go without saying, I mean who wouldn't want to carry around a fire-breathing pet in their pocket?
