Times looked at his watch."Its noon already, I have to pick up my armor from the blacksmith." Times said and looked at Sapphire "I will be right back" Times flew into the fort and landed out side the blacksmith building and got his armor . He payed the Blacksmith even though the blacksmith said it was on the house. Times took his armor to his quarters and put them away.

Sapphire smiled as he flew of, she looked over at the fort and looked at the few ponys were still out. She chuckled and propped herself up on the wall, opening her book and reading a few pages before looking up to see if times was back yet. She closed her eyes

Times flew back to where Sapphire was and landed. He saw she had closed her eyes. Times had an Idea and smirked. He flew up and landed on top of the wall right above Sapphire. He waited for her to open her eyes. Times threw a rock into a patch of tall grass and waited.

Sapphire slowly opened her eyes, turned around and looked over the wall, tilting her head "Uh...is anypony there?" She looked down at her rifle, then back up, over the wall. She quinted and could just see a dear run away. She sighed and turned back around, staring right at times

"Dang it you caught me" Times flew down to her. Times looked at her and said "I was hoping I could sneak up on you" Times sat down and looking at the forest. Times looked up to the sky and saw a cloud drifting away from the others.

Sapphire chuckled and smiled as she sat down next to times "You did give me a good scare though, you have some good stealth skills" She chuckled and looked around, up at the clouds that were blocking the sun, giving them some nice shade. She looked over at the sun

He chuckled and looked at her. "Thanks" Times said looking at the cloud. "Strange that cloud isn't a storm cloud like the others." Times said raising an eye brow. Times looked at Sapphire and smiled. "Besides the ring of storm clouds, It is a beautiful day... also I don't think you should be looking directly at the sun."

Sapphire laughed and looked down from it, rubbing her eyes "True that, true that" She chuckled as she looked over back to times "I dont know why the cloud isnt a storm one, but it sure as heck gives some nice shade, at least to me and you" She chuckled and looked at him

Times smiled and looked at it."Your not wrong it does give some nice shade." Times looked back at her and chuckled. Times looked at the cloud and saw the sun peaking out from behind it. He thought to himself; Noooo Nooo you stay behind that cloud and think about what you've done Times chuckled

Sapphire smield and closed her eyes, taking in a few seconds of dark. She then got up and looked over at times, taking in his face and laughing "Man, who would have thought that we would be throwen together like this? Theres a bloody war going on" She smiled and closed her book

Times stood up "When you have been through as much as me, you learn to try and treasure all the moments of piece before we are thrown into another battlefield with targets on our back" Times said looking at her . Times looked at all the soldiers in the fort.

Sapphire smiled and looked at times "True, but you seemed stubbern about having fun" She said with a laugh as she turned around and gazed out into the forest, noting each tree and how high they were incase she had to go back and defend the fort from another army

Times looked at her and ask "I have a question for you, Have you ever stood on a cloud?" Times looked at the cloud that was drifting towards the fort. Times stood up and looked at Sapphire. Times walked to the edge of the wall and looked down. He saw a deer grazing.

Sapphire shook her head "No, I have heard that there was magic like that...But I never thought about learning or really using it, because I dont spend much time flying like you would" She sighed as she said this and stood up, following times as he flew up with her eyes

"Really you walk on clouds like you walk on the ground. Do you want to give it a try." Times flew closer to the cloud. Times sat down on the cloud and smiled. Times looked down at the grazing deer. The deer ran off into the forest and Times looked back up to Sapphire.

Sapphire looked up at him she sighed and got up, looking at times she said "Sure, why not? Although I thought only pegisises could walk on clouds..." She said with a smile as she walked over to were times was, she put her hoof on it and tested how much it would hold

Times flew off of the cloud and moved it closer. "Don't worry I will catch you if you fall." Times flew lower to get ready to catch her if she did fall. "Don't worry, clouds are sturdier then they look." Times did a small flip as he waited for her to get on the cloud. Times flew slightly higher.

Sapphire took a step onto the cloud. She smiled and looked around "Wow..your right, this is really nice, I really like it, thanks for showing me and letting me get onto it" She said with a laugh. She then looked back over to times, then at the sky where a few more clouds had come

Times looked at her "Want to go a little farther away from the fort?" Times said as he flipped upside down and continued flying like if he was laying down. "Also I'm surprised you have never stood on a cloud before until now." Times said

Sapphire chuckled "Sure, lets do it!" She smiled as she looked over the cloud, feeling abit scared "I had never done this because I was always scared...I never really liked pegisises, I always thought of them as strange because they could FLY, but I guess we have magic..."

Times chuckled and said "did you really just say Pegisises! Its Pegasi" Times started laughing but stopped before he began pushing the cloud farther away from the fort. Times flew over and found another cloud that wasn't storming. Times moved it next to the cloud Sapphire was on and sat down.

Sapphire blushed and looked down, she could feel the heat rising in her cheeks "Oh..yeah, sorry, pegasi" She smiled and looked over and times as he set up the next cloud, "I think it would be really cool to move something like clouds" She said with a chuckle as she looked over at the ones that were storming

Times saw her blushing. "Its ok you don't have to be sorry. If anything its kind of...." Times stopped speaking and looked forward. Times looked back at her and said "I heard that some unicorns can move clouds with their magic." Times smiled and looked down at the ground.

Sapphire chuckled and looked over at him, smiling she said "Well, I guess if I had more time and a book that would tell me how to tdo it, im sure I could change it" She laughed and looked down at the ground "I think it would be nice, but so many books have been burned"

Times looked at her and said "I'm sure one of my old friends would have a book on the subject. But she would probably shoot me on sight now." Times frowned and looked down. Times looked at Sapphire and smiled. The smile was fake but it looked real. Times looked down at the soft white cloud.
