Sapphire layed down and smiled at the stars, she was in her own world now, long before the war had even started, when she still had all of her friends with her, she chuckled and opend her book, looking at her own pages she had make when she was a silly filly, who had no cares in the world, exept to have fun...so much had changed

Times looked at the paper. It had a picture of Times, Winter, and Shadow. The letter had the words 'STW: Best friends forever!' Times took off his helmet and started to tear up from the picture. Times put the picture away and grabbed a small book. It had  scrapbook written on it.

Sapphire smiled as she hoped up onto a rock, she could still see the pony walking away. She wondered why he wanted her flower, but didnt much care. She looked down at her book, it was full of good things, nothing to cry about. She chuckled as she looked around her, thinking

Times opened the book and looked at the pictures. He looked at a picture of Times and his friends at some carnival. Times was so happy back then. Times used to love going to events like the Gala and Sun celebration. Now a days Times never spoke to anypony but his team(s), the Generals, and Princess Luna.  Times looked at another photo. It was of Times and Shadow at Sugarcube Corner. Times had tripped and he had a milkshake spilled on his head. Shadow was laughing and Times looked unamused in the photo.

Sapphire sighed, looking at her book. She put it back into her backpack and climbed down the rock, hoping that no other ponys were up. She smiled as she went back into her tent, and put her book back as she stared out of the front of the tent. She put her stuff to one side and layed down

Times closed the scrapbook and put it back in the chest. Times closed the chest and put it back in his tent. Times thought he should probably go check on Sapphire she seemed pretty scared when that stallion was in the camp looking for a flower. Times walked to her tent and was going to basically knock on the tent but he hesitated.

Sapphire closed her eyes, she knew she could not sleep, but might as well try. She sighed, after trying to get some rest she got back up and opend her book, lighting a candle for the light she needed. She read a few pages, smiled as she remembers everything she had done as a filly

Times looked at the tent "nah, I will let her be" Times whispered before starting to walk away. He didn't want to bother her. She was probably sleeping anyway. Times stopped when a moth flew in front of him. He would have chased it if he was still his same self from before the war.

Sapphire yawned and slowly currled up into a ball, smiling as she did. She could hear somepony else walking around outside, but she didnt much care anymore. She was abit scared though, thinking about her flower and why the buck that pony wanted to get it so much, she asked herself

Times walked back to his tent and walked in. He set down his helmet and lay'd down "Might as well try to fall asleep" Times closed his eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep. He began having dreams of the past. He kept he flintlock at the ready. Even when he sleeps he will be ready for anything.

Sapphire smiled and fell asleep for alittle, but she woke up and yawned. She walked outside and yawned as she grabed a book and sat down, laughing as she read her book.

 

Embers grabbed his gun and walked out of the camp and walked to the side. slowly walking back

Times began to have a nightmare and woke up "AAAAAH!!!!" Times yelled as he sat up. "Not another nightmare" Times walked outside and saw Sapphire again. "looks like she isn't asleep" He said to himself. He began walking over to her. The moth flew in front of Times again causing him to stop.

Sapphire slowly turned and saw times "Oh...sorry, you cant sleep?" She sighed and turned back, closing her eyes and looking up at the stars, wondering about what would happen soon. She saw a few stars, ones that looked like they were big

 

Embers snuck around the back of the camp, trying to make his way in

Times walked over to Sapphire and sat down. "Yeah had a nightmare.... Why are you still up" Times asked looking down. He noticed she had a book but didn't ask about it. Where did she get that book, the only book I have seen for the past few months is the scrapbook I have Times thought to himself

Embers slitherd into the camp, knowing that with those 2 talking, He would be able to get around for at least a little

 

Sapphire smiled "Eh...cant sleep, Just to much stuff coming back" She tryed to stow away the book, at least hiding it alittle would stop him from asking

Times looked at the stars. He thought about the nightmare he had and it caused a chill to go up his spine. He closed his eyes and shook his head trying to forget the nightmare. It was the same nightmare he has been having for the past 5 weeks now. He just sighed.

Sapphire droped the book, looking at him "Ah...Hmmm" She sighed and turned around, looking up

 

Embers crept into a random tent, luckaly there was noone there, and he kept moving, trying to find the one pony that had the flower, he HAD to get the flower from her

Times looked at Sapphire "Whats wrong?" Times said with a confused tone. He thought to himself Was it something I said...  no I barely said anything.... what could it be then? Times scratched his chin and wondered.

Sapphire had a sad smile, she had just rememberd were her mom was, on the other side of the war. "Its...its no to keep going, he had to do thisthing, Ill be fine" She smiled softly

 

Embers ducked into another tent, he could see the mare was wearing the flower...the flower that he needed

(what? what does 'Its no to keep going' mean?)

"oh ok...." Times said starting to have the felling that he was being watched. He put his hoof on one of his flintlocks and looked around. "Sapphire do you ever get the feeling that you are being watched?" Times asked her.

Sapphire looked around "A few times...Yeah...Like now?" She got up and turned around, looking for something

 

Embers ducked behind the tent, seeing them moving. He didnt want to be shot, because that would be the end of it all

Times looked around grabbing one of his flintlocks. He kept his head down because if he gets shot in the head without his helmet he is done for. Times looked at Sapphire, and then looked to one of the tents. "Follow me" Times whispered before walking backwards and through a large tent that was in the middle of the camp.

Sapphire walked after him, trying to keep her head down. She pulled out one of her rifles, and looked around her

 

Embers sighed and started to leave the camp "Well, Guess I wont win this time" He  sighed as he snuck out of the camp, getting up and walking over to his own

The large tent held large crates and barrels  of supplies. Times looked outside and saw the stallion from before sneaking away. "Ok coast is clear" Times said putting his flintlock back in its holster. Times took a second look and the feeling had faded.

Sapphire heaved a sigh, then smiled "Well...I think I should go get some rest, thanks" She chuckled and headed back to her tent

 

Embers wonderd around, going back to his tent. He sighed and put his gun up, yawning and falling over in bed
