"It's a place where videos are posted for all of the ponies of Equestria to see. There are so many types of videos there." Thunder stated as he took another bite of his sanwich. Blitz continued to eat and looked down at his round belly. He blushed very lightly.

Ariel paused, trying to process what that all meant. "So... If somepony makes a video... and they post it on this PonyTube thing... Everypony in Equestria can see it?" The more she thought about it, the more she didn't seem so keen on the idea, hoping no one had actually taken a video of their impromptu performance to post for all eyes in Equestria to see.

"You know Ariel, being caught on tape isn't that bad, unless somepony was doing a bad thing. In fact, it can get you a little bit of fame." Thunder stated. "Indeed." Celestia said with a giggle as she finished up. Blitz was almost done with his meal and so was Rainbow.

All Ariel could think about was hundreds of eyes on her as she envisioned the concept of 'fame,' and it unsettled her terribly. She curled her little wings around herself as she started to tremble, her ears folding flat against the sides of her head. It was starting to become at least somewhat apparent that her nervousness in meeting new ponies and other situations went beyond the mere nature of her inherent timidity.

"Oh...I guess you're not ready for that..." Thunder stated. "Don't worry Ariel, you'll soon be ready." Blitz stated as he finished up his meal. Cadence had a bit of a belly. Thunder noticed. "Oh Cadence...I see a belly there!" Thunder teased. Cadence looked down and giggled.

Ariel just stared down at her plate, still shaking slightly, before she pushed the plate away. Her plate had still been half full of food; but she no longer seemed so hungry. Her good mood seemed to have vanished instantaneously as she kept her wings curled around herself, and seeming as if she were trying to make herself seem as small as possible.

"It's okay Ariel." Thunder said nuzzling Ariel. "We were certainly not trying to make you smaller. We were just informing you." Celestia stated as she finished up her last bit. "So why don't you finish eating." Candence said as she rubbed her full and round belly.

Ariel slowly looked around at each of them, her ears still flat against the sides of her head. She didn't know what else to say to express her feelings, slipping into an old habit of just keeping silent regardless. She glanced at the food still left on her plate, and then shook her head, her appetite still gone.

"Well...you can always eat when you get back to the house..." Thunder stated as he got up and threw his tray away. Rainbow picked up Ariel and put her on her back. She then walked out the door and waited for the others to come. Soon, they came. "Well...I guess it's back to Cloudsdale." Thunder stated.

Ariel said nothing still as she was picked up and placed on Rainbow's back, not really having anything to say. She curled up tightly, her tail swept close to herself and her wings curling over her face, as if she were hiding or taking refuge behind the soft downy feathers of her own wings.

Rainbow turned to Ariel. "Wh...why are you looking so sad all of a sudden?" Rainbow asked as she took to the skies after Thunder who had Ariel's meal in his saddle back. They were flying away from the Crystal Empire. Their crystal forms faded as they exited the empire.

Ariel hardly noticed the crystalline luster fading from her coat and hair. She slowly peeked out at Rainbow from between the feathers of her wings, but she only looked at the mare with that lone amethyst eye. The filly knew she wouldn't be able to put her feelings into words properly, and so she didn't bother to try.

"It's okay. You can tell any of us what's going on inside." Rainbow Dash. "Yes, no matter what, we're always here to help you." Celestia stated. "Because that's what families do." Cadence stated as she continued to fly alongside Ariel. They were coming closer to Cloudsdale.

Ariel looked around at each of them through the small gaps between her feathers before shaking her head and letting her wings fully conceal her face once more. It wasn't just that she didn't want to tell them, it was that she felt as if she couldn't, feeling quite literally incapable of finding the right words to describe how she was feeling. Even she hardly knew what she was really feeling.

Ariel looked around at each of them through the small gaps between her feathers before shaking her head and letting her wings fully conceal her face once more. It wasn't just that she didn't want to tell them, it was that she felt as if she couldn't, feeling quite literally incapable of finding the right words to describe how she was feeling. Even she hardly knew what she was really feeling.

Thunder Dash and the others kept on flying. Thunder knew that Ariel could not formulate her words together. They soon landed by Thunder's front door. Thunder gave Ariel a loving nuzzle and then opened the door. He let Celestial, Cadence, then Rainbow in. He then came followed by Storm and Blitz.

Ariel barely acknowledged Thunder nuzzling her, flicking one ear slightly and that was it for her response. She hardly bothered to move, even after going inside, instead staying curled up on Rainbow's back. At least she had moved her wings away, allowing a view of her face once more as her wings folded to her sides.

Rainbow laid Ariel on the ground and cuddled with her. Cadence stretched and plopped herself belly-up with her nice round belly full of food sticking up. Storm and Blitz went to sit on the couch. Thunder gathered some electricity and made his laptop appear from the blue.

Ariel soon curled up again once placed on the floor, this time resting next to Rainbow. She still didn't seem quite so cheerful or happy. However, she did give the slightest of nuzzles when she was being cuddled, at the least acknowledging the affection and giving that small gesture in return.

Cadence reached over and nuzzled Ariel while she was cuddled with Rainbow. Thunder decided to go cuddle with Celestia again and put his laptop on the table. "Why are you feeling so down all of a sudden?" Rainbow asked Ariel as she continued to cuddle her.

The filly's flattened ears flicked up slightly as she looked at Cadence, and then at Rainbow once more. She tried again to think of how to explain the burden weighing her mind down. "Just... thinking about... stuff," she answered hesitantly, uncertain whether or not that really was any sort of decent explanation.

"Like what?" Rainbow asked as she continued to cuddle Ariel. Thunder had laid himself on top of Celestia. Storm and Blitz were both reading the newspaper. "Wow, the stocks are up yet again." Storm stated as he continued to look at the Cloudsdale stock market.

Ariel let out a soft sigh, staring down at the floor as she attempted to find the words to describe everything that was on her mind. Failing to do so, she simply said, "Just... things..." In actuality, she was letting herself think back to the past again, thinking on her own never-failing tendency to get nervous around new ponies and unfamiliar situations, and how, no matter how often she had been told to get over it or that whatever it was she was anxious about was just 'nothing,' she still felt that way. She felt this behavior was a bother to others, and yet she couldn't change it. But she could hardly put all of that into words.

"It's okay Ariel. Look at now. Look how far you've come. Don't stay waddling in your past. It will put a huge obstacle in your way. I have a friend named Fluttershy, who speaking, has Snakie, which we forgot to pick up! Let's go there and pick Snakie up. She could then tell you the story." Rainbow stated.

Ariel laid her head down as she let out another sigh. She felt as if this line of thought were out of her control; it just came to her, which was what brought about this less cheerful mood. But if anything, the filly perked up somewhat at the mention of the little snake named Snakie. She then got up, stretching her little wings as her tail swished gently. She had almost forgotten about Snakie herself, but now she was more than ready to go over to Fluttershy's and get him.

Rainbow picked Ariel up and put her on her back. "We'll be back." Rainbow stated as she slowly flew out the house and headed toward Fluttershy's cottage. She got there within 3 minutes and knocked on the door. Fluttershy soon answered. "Oh, hello Rainbow and...Ariel." Fluttershy stated. "Hey Fluttershy, we came back to pick up Snakie." Rainbow stated. "Oh, one second." Fluttershy stated as she went to get Snakie. She returned and rested him on Ariel's back. "And I wanted Ariel to hear the story of how you overcame your past." Rainbow stated. "Oh, I can do that. Come on in." Fluttershy stated. Rainbow came in and sat Ariel down on the floor with Snakie, who gave Ariel a little nuzzle.
