Only real hiccups are that the perspective on the head is a bit wonky (laying on the ground or propped up?) and the joints on the hindlegs.

Also, what did you use to create this (I genuinely can't tell)?

I dunno, you can try dollars for a start. Maybe move on to euro or British queen money.

It's pretty hard for me to judge because this is either a coloured sketch or the image is blurry. The one criticism I can give that the hind leg looks to be extremely thin in the mid section and the end of the legs seem to be a bit too wide; I'm not sure if this is a stylistic choice though. But from what I can make out, the drawing looks to be fairly well made. Do you not have a scanner?
