She looked around curiously, but cautiously eyeing the strange in-human hounds and other immortals wandering the place. It wasn't that bad she thought, maybe she would have to reconsider...maybe a more intricate and complex form of draugr she reasoned or something else, then eyed someone who looked like she was the most beautiful person she ever met. the kind of person that made all other women in the room suddenly self-conscious about her appearance. She must meet her. She over heard her name being Serana but just observed quietly taking everything in...

"Now then, Neir, do you want to do this? This is the only time you can reconsider. No one in here will mind a big shot stew," Gear chucked. "In all seriousness I would like to have someone to train before I am conquered, or killed by a dawn guard." Gear said to Neir, stepping to the middle of the room.

"Yes I am sure about it" Nier said. "I already met the Dawnguards and I really did not like them at all" Nier said. "Trust me I know what you said and I really don't mind at all and what do you mean I'll be the new lord" Nier asked. "You never told me anything about that"

"Vampire lord is the name of the ancient race that you'll now be part of," Gear said, biting into his neck. When the blood was fused, he dropped Neir to the floor, carried his body to an empty chamber and waited for him to reawaken to start training.

Nier opened his eyes before shooting up and looking around. "What the....where am I" Nier asked as he got up and stumbled a bit before holding his head. "Just was bit by a vampire and I feel like I was hit by a truck" Nier muttered to himself before seeing Gear.

"That's good, now, this is blood from the ancients, drink it." Gear said to Neir, "I hope that you don't mind having an out of body experience. You won't feel normal for a while, but you need to try to turn into a vampire lord, If you try summoning blood, it may work, you're the first agrigonian vampire lord."

"Alright I understand" Nier said as he drank before collapsing to the ground. "Is there supposed to be all this pain" Nier said as he tried to keep concious. "I had a out of body experience but I won't let it happen again" Nier said as he started to transform.

She watched from the corner, the interesting experience of it all. Something she'd never do herself but respected the people going the distance. "They live off of blood and i skooma", she said to herself. Drinking a sip, she never was a type to get drunk like some do but a little relaxation never killed anyone...usually she thought with a little smirk

"The pain is normal, but now, I need you to get used to the power that you hold, and the title. Get used to life around here, because you won't be seeing much else for today. Feel free to explore the gardens, or the island itself, but you might want to take these," Gear said, giving Nier a vampire robe and hood.

She wandered off again bored, looking for anything to steal. I wonder what this place has for goods she thought, looking in various rooms and dressers. Maybe a quick trip to Tonilia after this should lighten my load for a while as she perused the various items throughout the castle filling her bag.

"Alright..." Nier said taking the hood and the robes and equipped them. "Is there anything else I should be told about" Nier asked as he noticed the Nightingale left. "Should I really be worried about the choice that I just made...no I shouldn't worry, after all I did chose this" Nier thought

"No, but don't stay in light for too long in your vampire lord form," Gear said to Neir, "if you do, your blood will evaporate, and you will die. Stay under the hood if you have to be out in daylight. One last thing, avoid the Dawnguard at all costs, I don't want fear in the people in skyrim."

Content from her recent lootings, she decided some sun shine would do her some good. Sitting at the front porch, she noticed a man in the bushes apparently looking to be spying. Using her mortality to her advantage, she approached him and realized he was a Dawnguard agent. "Hi! she said to the man like she would any other individual. Thinking her to be a hypnotic slave of the vampires in the keep, he attacked and before he could react found a dagger in his heart. Laughing at the irony of the whole thing she walked off, thinking someone has to know about this soon.

"I wont be in the sunlight very long I promise" Nier said. "What if the Dawnguard attack then? Do I kill them?" Nier asked. "Besides it would hurt to know that the dawnguard are here...killing them would be great" Nier comented

"Yes, killing the Dawnguard would be acceptable, and two last words. One, you can feed on the blood of mortals, but, if you do this, your vampiric powers will drain. Two, there are normally Dawnguard scouts in the tower close to the entrance." Gearhart said to Nier

She was getting bored of the castle and approached the pair. "My friends, I have nothing against this place but can we get a move onto somewhere else, I need a more lively environment", she said. "How about we wait until evening to see what the rest of skyrim offers eh?" She looked to gear, "you have food?, I am actually hungry."

Nier smiled. "Guess I'll just have to be careful" Nier said. "If I feed on the blood of mortals then my powers will drain...sounds fair" Nier said as he drew the katana and stared at it felling an odd energy come from it now. "Odd...never felt it until now" Nier said

"There is one rule, for the vampire lords, whoever kills a higher ranking officer, they get promoted. Let's say, you kill me, than as of law, you are king now, until someone kills you. That is the way, so that only the most powerful become kings, because if a king could rule forever, it wouldn't be fair." Gear said to Neir.

"So...I now have a goal in mind...get stronger and try to kill you" Nier said. "But then again you are the one who gave me this oppertunity so why should I even try to kill you" Nier asked as he looked around. "So right now I am safe since I am of no rank ahead of anyone" Nier said

Vampire politics,  she thought to her self. Same as humans she surmised, power was power and still corrupted in amazing brevity. She managed find some local wildlife and cook it on a skewer so she was fine for now. Still, atleast draugr could die easily enough. Vampires not so much, that made draugr easier even though she never would truly have the heart to turn against them. They were her friends and she valued that. Why she over analyzed, not a clue why? she just missed the living. "Let me know when you boys are ready," leaving with a glance and wandered the castle once more...

Gear looked at Neir, "Well vampires don't take death very seriously, so don't accept death threats too well." Gear said to Nier and looked at the nightingale, "This place isn't too lovely, so I'm always ready to go, if you know what I

meen." Gear turned back to his normal form

Before she could leave, she heard Gear's reply and stepped back in, "Sure", she said, smiling at the vampire lords. "let me know when your ready to go and I'll be ready for then." She walked off by herself and found a nice animal skin and spent the rest of her night in a nice peaceful slumber. Strange, she thought moments before she let darkness take her, I came here with feelings of wary and unrest and now I feel nothing but peace in the last place that i thought possible, a house full of vampires, She smiled at the irony of it all and just before her eye lids she felt the protective watch of her friends Gear and Neir laughing the night away.
