Lone herd his name and used his magic to quickly get his hidden,sword, and outfit. He then teleported out of the building

"So that kingpin has that much power", he thought,"Noted."

He teleported from rooftop to rooftop he then teleported to alleyway and hid in the dark

Roac pulls out and readies his bow, an Ember arrow ready to fire if Equinox resists arrest. At least, he thought they were arresting him.

 

To be honest, Roac hates killing. He uses a blackjack for a reason, and he hoped that he wouldn't have to kill anyone.

 

Still, he was angry about that spontaneous beating that he received earlier.

"Uh, Roac, he's not here yet." Applejack told the griffin. "Yea, and it's been awhile. I don't think he's coming." Twilight said before saying "Wait... that means he's on to us!" "THE FOALS!" Lovejoy yelled as she galloped towards the stairs. "NO!" Rainbow Dash yelled as she tackled the mare. "All of you! upstairs! NOW!" she yelled as she wrestled with the caretaker.

Roac swoops down from the rafters, taking point at the top of the stairs. He flicks the arrow back into his quiver and attempts to open the door (if there is one).

 

"Is anypony hurt over there?", he calls out to the children.

 

~Welp, this is going wrong, FAST. How are we supposed to find this guy, if he knows we're here?!~

Lone had a minute to collect his thoughts
"So there is someone framing me huh" he said quietly,"I need find this Equinox and kill him."

He teleported out of the alleyway and teleported his hideout and grabbed his necessary things and put in his bag. He then teleported to the train station and took it to  Ponyville

The doors of the train opened, Lone Nomad stepped out, and was immediately greeted by an earth stallion with the exact same mane, coat, and lack of cutie mark as him. Except this stallion was taller, buffer, and was wearing a bracelet for some reason.

 

"Hello, kid!" the stallion called out to Lone Nomad with his forelegs crossed and his back against a pillar.

 

This isn't Solstice by the way.

"So you must Equoix the girls mentioned you when they tired to arrest for your crime", he said to him with a snarl,"That makes this trip must more easier,but not that much.You expected me to come here to Ponyville, I'm I wrong?', he asked him

"The name's Maul, not Equinox. Though, we could both be Equinox in a way. I want to talk to you about joining our side."

"Join you,why?", he asked circling around,"Why would join someone who apparently framed me and blew my cover open?"

This was an interesting turn events  and he looked at him

"Actually I could kill you right now in about 5 ways", he said,"But give me a reason to join you and Equinox."

Maul smiled. "First off, there is no more Equinox, just his descendants; which are you, me, and hundreds of others. Second, we didn't mean to frame you. The princesses mistook you for my superior, Solstice, who they also mistook for Equinox, Twilight Sparkle's old rival."

 

Maul paused, and then continued. "Right now, we only have about a dozen descendants on our side, most of which were just as clueless as you before we told them everything that happened."

"Then it sounds like you gathering for war, don't worry others are as well", he said looking at Canterlot,"Its only matter of time before blood will cover the royal family."

"Yes I do know of my family heritage, but only generally. I don't remember anything form my childhood",he explained looking back at him

"That's because you didn't have a childhood." Maul stated as he began to pace around the teenager.

 

"You see, there was once this stallion named Equinox who hated Twilight more than anything else. His only wish in the entire world was to see her in ruins. So, he devised a plan to become more powerful than her and her friends combined. Equinox researched existence for many years before he finally completed a spell that would allow him to take the power of the Everfree Forest. The problem is though, is that his body wasn't strong enough to hold all of that power, so he exploded. Equinox died from overload, but the spell was still, to an extent, effective; because the spell left behind descendants of Equinox. Descendants are basically like you and me. They look like Equinox, have the same magical swordplay talent as Equinox, and completely lacks a cutie mark. However, each descendant is still granted a distinct personality as well as a varied level of the Everfree Forest's power. Some descendants are just weak little foals; some are like you, headstrong but unknowing; and then there are descendants like me and my superior Solstice, who knows all the facts, has the strength to rival alicorns, and even inherited hate towards Princess Twilight Sparkle."

 

"Long story short, you, I, and everypony else on my side are practically the same age, and we're practically family. Since I was fortunate and was given more power than the others, I considered it my duty to guide the other descendants; and Solstice thought the same way. So, what do you say? Now that you know everything there is to know, do you wanna help guide too?"

"Will I join my family in perpetration for war against the Royal Family?", he asked him and himself

He looked at Canterlot for a little bit and thought about and he finally found his family and they were asking for help. He would be doing a world and preventing a war if he were to assassinate Cadence and Twilight. He looked the ground, sighed, and looked at Maul

"Maul I will not join you brother,I'm sorry I would but your intention are wrong and out of jealously nothing more, nothing less. One waring ,Twilight is the metaphorical daughter to Celestia", he said before running off and disappearing into the coward

Mjölnir utilizing the power of the Snake had been eavesdropping upon Maul and Nomad unseen and undetected by both of them. "Hmm. I wonder...This Nomad kid could be of some use to me. I have a feeling he is going to very instrumental in this whole thing. I don't know how though. I better get on his side for now. Utilizing the power of the Rabbit now, Mjölnir ran at incredible speed to head Nomad off 4 yards away from where he was currently running. Mjölnir turned off her power of the Snake and Rabbit and waited for Nomad to appear.

"Spying on me?", Lone asked, appeared behind Mjölnir and looking at her

"I like not just for that but your looks. If I were not an lone assassin I would kiss you in second,but I have standards."

He then walked in front of her

"If you're wondering I didn't join them because I want to be on the right side, in the coming war", he explained

Mjölnir's expression remained neutral at the sheer cheek of this kid, she would let his remark slide. Most beings who mouthed off to her like that would of resulted in broken bones or being shot. "Interesting choice. However don't get cocky. Most who don't choose to join Solstice and his cult wind up disappearing. Most likely dead or brainwashed. The same will happen to you without a doubt. Also think about how you were framed, you need help. As of right now consider us partners." Mjölnir stated.

"Agreed Mjölnir I'll be needing some back up for this mission and you know luckily have the skills I need in pattern,but I am assassin. My suggest is that we stay in the background and listen for rumors ad the like. We don't want to attack them without knowing what we are up against fully", Lone explained to her

Mjölnir smirked. "Bounty Hunters aren't too different from assassins. And yes I know what you mean. I'm not an amateur, I've done this type of thing before. Since you are the one who's on the lam I suggest you get a disguise; I won't need one since I'm of a different species and I'm not wanted." Mjölnir activated the power of the Monkey and concentrated on Nomad and in a flash of light Nomad disappeared and in his place stood another Zebra who looked exactly like Mjölnir except in reverse. Where Mjölnir was black with white stripes, a long white mane and red eyes, Nomad was white with black stripes, black mane and red eyes. He could easily pass as Mjölnir's sister or mare-friend if they really need to use that excuse (what could Mjölnir say? She liked to be prepared). "There. all done. Now we can hide in plain sight. The disguise you are using is perfect in every way. The only way to change back is if I turn you back. Even your magical signature is slightly different. By all intents and purposes you are a Zebra." Mjölnir commented.

"I like meeting someone with alot more..experience and thank you, I suggest we wait for a couple week,maybe mouths. I will keep this disguise. I will also like to use that magic and oh if you are asking I work partly contracted,but I see where you are coming from and I never got your name,what is it?", he asked her

"Waiting a few months is unacceptable, a few weeks is feasible. We need to be doing things, idling is out of the question, otherwise our enemies will get ahead." Mjölnir stated calmly. Mjölnir's thoughts were on Maul and his superior she didn't want to give them anymore advantages and plus she preferred to take action. Mjölnir's thoughts came to an immediate halt when she heard Nomad's request. "You overstep your bounds, outside of emergencies or circumstantial times I'm the only one allowed to wield this power. I do not trust you enough to lend you this power. As for my name it is Mjölnir and speaking of names you need one while in this guise...Antimony, I think will work."

"I agree I can work with and if it is an emergancy we do need to move quick maybe a day or so?", he suggested

He started towards Ponyville  ad started to blend in with the citizens

"I can see ,we can both agree, that we dont trust each other,but here is my suggestion. We warn are the mane six of the upcoming attack when they get back", he said looking at her

@@COBLoneWolf,  Mjölnir thought for a moment. "Alright we'll warn them. But how do you intend to do that? Merely walk up to them say "Hey Celestia! Some cult is gunning after Princess Twilight and by the way said cult is composed of remnants of some colt who had the hots for Twilight but instead of taking rejection like a man he now wants to kill her and commit necrophilia." Mjölnir stated sarcasm dripping from every word.

"Well I do want to warn them vaguely or as you said they wont believe. We will act only when and if we need to, how about that Mjölnir?", he asked in almost sarastic "I dont see you coming up with ideas at the moment."\

He then started to walk to the treehouse to warn Twilight

Mjölnir glared at the kid. He was so asking for a beating. "I do have a few ideas but I'll go along with yours. For now. Be on your guard however, ponies are superstitious and cowardly creatures and won't hesitate to jump to conclusions. Especially the one called Rainbow Dash. Also be sure to guard your mind from the sisters and Discord." She calmly stated while following her partner.

Twilight looked at Discord "Well Discord can you pick up the trail again?" Discord was silent for a bit the trail heads to Ponyville but-" Rainbow Dash cut Discord off by groaning loudly "Seriously!!! We were just there!!!" "Dash does have a point are you sure Discord?" Twilight asked. "Considering we are dealing with an assassin who is after my head? Yes I'm quite sure." At that Discord snapped his claws and they were all transported back to Ponyville town square. "Trail ends somewhere over there but something is weird." Discord commented. "Right, well everypony keep your wits about you and your guard up." The Mane 6 plus Roarc and Discord slowly and cautiously head in direction Discord had pointed out where they noticed two Zebras talking to each other.
