Need ears, horn and element of harmony

Hey everypony I need your help. 

 

I am doing a Rarity cosplay for FanExpo (a big convention here in Toronto) which is the last week of August. 

 

I have almost everything except my ears, horn and most importantly her element of harmony. 

I cannot for the life of me find a quality set. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also they have to be able to ship to Canada

The only way to get good ears and a horn is to commission someone who's good at making them. Sadly, hardly anything comes free in the fandom nowadays. You can find artists on dA and Furaffinity.

I don't have a lot of experience with stuff of the like, but yeah, it seems like the higher-quality path would involve looking around and finding someone good to commission it from.

The necklace... I'm not sure how high you're shooting, honestly. Maaay be a similar deal, or you could probably find something on etsy or the like.

Not sure if it'd be what you want, but there's this for $20:

Though, again, I'm not sure how high you're shooting. Something amazing probably would be a one of a kind bit made by someone somewhere who does this a lot.

Those are lovely, but i'm looking for the actual necklace itself. I think I'm willing to pay for quality because I really want this cosplay to look amazing and I plan on wearing it more then once.
