Sure.   These are "first steps" b/c since he's a "godly" character, I wanted to add some echo and reverb to it. 

How long is the video going to be, and how much of this voice (and the background sound) going to be in the video? The first voice is fine, but if the video is going to be *all* this, it's going to be tricky to listen to it continuously for half an hour or more.

I had the feeling he first one was better, .   Yet, the fan film, will be around 2 hrs, possibly 2 hrs & 15 mins.   That's because it involves a lot of action, suspense, etc.  Yet, he will have many lines, so i thought, when he speaks, give him that "ancient/godly" voice.

Alrighty.   So, as far as I can see:

Pitch - 1st Pitch -  -2.5

Reverb - unbalanced

Echo - unbalanced

Distortion - could be added

Forgot to mention, I'm using M-Audio, which is somewhat easier for me, along with Audacity for Pitch changes.

The effects added w/out low pitch are:

4 Compressions

1 Equalizer

1 Delay

The one you gave to me already had reverb so I couldnt do anything about that. The person who recorded this must've had his sensitivity at the lowest since when I tried to remove the noise, it reduced the quality of the sample. But here's what I have in mind that might better suit your character.

If I must compare, the first voice would sound better if you let me tinker with it to apply the same filters.

Gave this one a complete studio quality filters. Havent cleaned it up though but this should suffice.
