Haha I remember when BABYMETAL first started popping up in online discussion boards and forums, really gained a following among the anime weeaboo crowd who also like metal- a group in which I consider myself a part of! That being said, not too big on their tunes personally 

In regards to your question... $90 is alot of money for a metal concert- you can often find tickets for pretty well-known, influential artists in the underground metal and hardcore scene for closer to $20-40, unless you are seeing a real stalwart like Metallica or Megadeth. The logician in me says if you're not that into them then it wouldn't be worth it to go and that if you wanted to get your metal fix, there are cheaper options out there... but the concertgoer in me says if you're willing to spend that money (pricey!) for a good time, then go and have a great, headbangin'-ass time.

I'd say go for it. It'll be a long time before they come back. They're known for putting on elaborate performances, so either way you'll be in for a spectacle. Maybe check and see who the support acts are? See if they can sway you?

As far as I can tell, it doesn’t look like anyone is opening for them, but I could be wrong.
