I don't know why I don't like kepis, they're too farby in my opnion, most soldiers wore forge caps or their slouch hat from home.

You pick up some junk and you ask "Where's it from"  to which the man replies "Imperial Russia, 1814" And you throw the stuff away, and make a face of utter disgust and go boil your hands to get the 'contaimination' off.

If you're in dire need of a frock coat but don't have the funds, buy a long black peacoat, paint the buttons and gauntlets gold, and add some gold accents with a sewing machine, if you have one.
