Actually I understand why people do this.  I personally have scrapped entire art pieces that I've spent 6+ hrs on just because I didn't like how it looked.

I'm all for "It could have been better"

But if you say, "There is no hope for me!" then just don't post and leave it to yourself.  That's the best way to do it.

I once posted a thing of Scootaloo which I thought was alright. However, I put "worst scootaloo drawing ever" in the title to get more views. o; 

I have also spent many hours drawing things, but then ended up throwing them away. I do this with a lot of things. I once wrote a novella just because I wanted to, but then threw it away because I thought it was horrible and didn't want anyone to see it. 

Yeah I don't get it either, it sounds like people are letting their inner perfectionist get the better of them and are failing to see what is right with their work. Of course there is always something that can be improved but that is what constructive criticism and practice is for.

I dont announce it, but i often think lowly of what i create. We are our own worst critics.

I like to critique my own work as I do it, and very often i'll spend several hours on a hand drawing obsessing over every little detail, just to scrap it because i've erased one too many times. 

When it comes to digital drawings though, I dont have the patients to do that, and I end up posting stuff I dont like, because to me it feels like a waste if I dont. (dont judge me im spethul)

But you're not going to catch me saying - "I think this drawing is really bad, but I posted it anyway." or something like "There's no hope for me in this field, judge my work." I'll most likely say something like "Eh, I dont really like it, point x and y could be better but that's what I finished up with."

You see, this is what I personally encourage. In the words of some guy "Your personal opinion is contagious, keep it to yourself!" Do you see what I'm trying to say here? if you think its bad, someone else might not.
