Now I feel embarrassed for not realizing it immediately (maybe the emoji was too obvious)... 5 should be Granny (the Looney Tunes one)... unless there are other old ladies that wear similar clothes.

Never would think that #5 is Granny, from my memory for me the color palette for he clothes were barely consistent, holy shit, this one was for Tacodidra for sure hehe 

I'm still struggling with the rest, I guess it's time for hints

#2. An owl noble from way down south infamous for sleeping with someone of the lower class... and that peasant uses his book to access the human world.

That hint helped a lot: 2 is Stolas! Another one I should have recognized more easily...

Still no idea about what the rest can be, thought that #8 could Timon or Pumbaa from The Lion King, but the colors don't match, need more hints
