Hey everyone,

Just realized I have been on this forum for 1 year now (okay, 5 months of it I was kinda like very inactive…) and I felt like making a blog about it, just to show you all, this amazing fandom and the cool people on here my appreciation xD.

So… uhm, yea. I joined this forum a year ago, just out of curiosity, actually. I haven´t been in any fandoms before (not even Pokemon or something of that kind, I didn´t get the appeal). I found this forum randomly, about 1 or 2 months after I discovered the show ;D and signed up, not planning to stay for long, I just wanted to have a look.

The ones who know my profile will have had a look at my current motives, ideas and all that, but (of course) I didn´t have them always. I began to get them as I first watched the show, I can´t really explain it, it was just calming me down and making me happy at the same time.

To be exact, it made me think about my past a bit, mistakes I have made, several, physical and psychical pain I have experienced over years what caused me to be a very… angry person, angry, scared and often disappointed. I was busy being a “victim” (definition in the sentence before, don´t wanna go into detail) for a very long time of my school career… my own fault for being kinda weak back then, I don´t even know or care anymore xD.

Anyways, after some time on the forums I talked to some of the people, found out about the different types of Bronies, met cool, awesome, talented and nice guys (and girls), made friends, had arguments, made mistakes and hurt some people´s feelings, not intending to do so (yep, sorry again in this place).

All-in-all I´d just have to thank you guys. And I mean pretty much all of you. My friends for being there for me and for just being funny, random, crazy and a bunch of the friendliest people I´ve met in my life. Thanks to every Brony (or “Pegasister”, or just fan if you don´t like the terms ;D) for being open-minded enough to not dislike the show and fandom due to stupid prejudices that lie somewhere deep in the societies subconsciousness.

You have a big part (not the whole one, but a big one) on making me the person I am today, making me forget, forgive and most of all making me happy.

I´m pretty sure if I wouldn´t have joined this fandom (and this forum in particular, props to Feld0 and the maintaining team) my life would be way more boring, darker and surely a bit more negative xD.

I´ll just write down a few names here, though everyone of you is awesome. Those names are in no particular order or something, by the way…
