If you look at her qualities, you can then contrive she is a TARDIS:

  • Bigger on the inside
  • Not bound to typical physics
  • Alive

So there you have it... Fluffle Puff is a TARDIS

LOL i love Doctor Who so this is realy funny and enjoyable. But yeah i think that what you said is a good reason to say that fluffle puff is a tardis but can it go through time space wait can it even move because it looked pretty useless
