This has only happened in the past couple of weeks/months. The winter and holiday months have a natural depressing effect; things will be back to normal soon!

One thing to keep in mind is if everyone who was happy talked about it all the time that's all we'd ever see. When you're depressed, sometimes you just want to let your feelings out.

Many a time the minority is louder than the majority.
