I was thinking about all the political parties in the world, and how much or little I know about them, without using Google. I'm fairly certain that I don't completely understand a few of the parties, or that my understanding of them is flawed. As such, I'm going to list four well known political parties, and how I think those parties' views would apply to a generalized sentence. (It'll make more sense when you keep reading.) I'm not saying this is the right way to think about it, this is just how I've learned or been told to think about it. Please feel free to give me a push in the right direction if you feel I don't have the right ideas.

The original sentence: When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

Republican: When life gives you lemons, give the lemons back. You don't need any help with your life!

Democrat: When life gives you lemons, you thank life for doing it's job and helping you out.

Communism: When life gives you lemons, life gives us all lemons.

Socialism: When life gives you lemons, you must make sure everyone else has lemons too.
