Ehh not quite. Her hair style does not really resemble Coco Pommel, and she isn't wearing anything that resembles what she wore in the episode. Not to mention the EQ character is a bit more green, whereas Coco is definitely a light blue. But hey, I could be wrong!

Well you gotta look back, many of the hairstyles didn't look like the character's, like look at Lyra, she looks nothing the her pony self (hencing hairstyle)...Rainbow's didn't look like it did, nor in my opinion Luna's. They aren't going to look exactly like their pony selves. xD

The light from the dance more likely than not caused the difference in color, and not many characters in EqG had hairstyles that resembled their pony counterparts.
