This is a Group Club for those who love G5 and wish to do more representation of it on the forums! Offer some emoji ideas, discussions for potential forum content, group topics, etc.

    That's good! Sparky is treated more like a family member compared to Spike who was treated like a secretary.

    Because I have Sparky in my avatar and signature at the moment, I think now is the right time to go with a controversial one and say that I thought there were things with Sparky that were done better than things with Spike. I like Hitch and Sparky's bond better than Twilight and Spike's bond, the way Hitch raises Sparky is more endearing to me than the way Twilight tends to treat Spike like a housemaid. I also like how Sparky feels like he's part of the group from the very beginning while it takes a long time for Spike to really feel like part of the Mane 7. Oh yeah, and that gag with Spike constantly getting abused in FiM was getting old as all heck. Always been very glad that G5 did away with that.

    Most likely, many people like it, for example, like me. I prefer to watch ,,Make your mark". Well, everyone has different tastes. I didn't really like ,,Tell your tale". But it's okay the tastes are different. And so I review the G5 very often.

    I like G5's Maretime Bay beach town more than G4's Ponyville. I love G4's cozy Ponyville but as far as "main places" I think G5's Maretime Bay is cooler.

    Yes! The G5 Breezies are actually useful and helpful.

    One more thing: I like the G5 Breezies much more than G4 Breezies.

    I really like that the Gen 5 ponies didn't become friends because of forced destiny like, when Princess Celeste sent Twilight Sparkle to Ponyville to have "random" encounters with the other Elements of Harmony in Friendship is Magic. --- They both might've been destiny but I don't see G5's beginning the same way that G4 told us from the start that "These six ponies are the saviors of Equestria!".

    My favorite thing about G5 is that ponies have visible hooves. Most G4 ponies don't have that.

    What are some of your favorite things about the fifth generation of My Little Pony compared to Friendship is Magic? --- One of my favorite things about generation 5 was how more episodes featured side characters instead of just the main characters like we usually saw in generation 4. Generation 4 had SO MANY characters we knew nothing about but Generation 5 sort of fixed that by showing us the lives of more residents of Maretime Bay such as, Dahlia, Windy and Jazz Hooves.

    I watch episodes of My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale all the time because I think they're fun and the short runtime makes it easy to watch episodes whenever I feel like it. I just watched three episodes of Tell Your Tale earlier which, is close to the runtime of one episode of Make Your Mark.

    Bridlewoodstock is my favorite special out of every special in Make Your Mark. So colorful!

    Like everyone else, yes, I'm rather miffed about this show getting the mistreatment it's received from Hasbro. https://mlpforums.com/topic/203372-thoughts-on-season-2-of-tell-your-tale/ However, I'd still like to know what people thought of TYT's second season putting this disgrace aside. I found S2 to be an upgrade from S1 and I like the show almost as much as MYM now.

    I'm sad about Gen 5 ending so soon because there are SO MANY things we'll never get answers for like, Tell Your Tale Spoilers just in case: --- Those are just a few things I can think of off the top of my head.

    How do you all feel about the end of gen5? I hate it it sucks, I understand they butchered half the characters moving them from the movie to the show, and It totally would have been better if it wasn't connected to gen 4 but still to cancel it 77 episodes early is crazy!! And we didn't even get a conclusion on allura?? :c this is sucky honestly I wasnt minding the current super kidy vibe either, goofy crazy episode followed by a small lore episode and so on it was nice. What do you all think alluras conclusion would have been?

    "like I used to" Keep in mind that the internet's changed a lot since that time of new episodes of FiM airing on TV. You would probably be surprised by how much G5 fanart there is on Twitter.

    I feel like Gen 5 is the "forgotten" MLP generation because I never see avatars of Hitch, Izzy etc. in other places like I used to when Friendship is Magic was on TV.

    I recently made a topic asking how accurately the views we express on sites like this reflect the views of the general consensus on MLP shows and episodes of MLP shows. https://mlpforums.com/topic/202827-how-accurately-do-the-opinions-of-the-fandom-as-we-see-it-reflect-the-views-of-the-general-consensus-on-mlp-showsepisodes/#comment-6230496 Given that TYT is not just incredibly popular, but also incredibly popular at a time when comments on places like this and Equestria Daily are making it seem like "fans are turning on it", it does make one wonder if there are actually a lot more G5 fans outside of MLP's target demographic out there who tend to look at the series differently than we do.

    Having now finished reading all of the main series of the G5 comics, all twenty issues, I wanted to know if anyone else has read the main series in its entirety. I thought the first arc with Discord was the best part of it, but the Sister Switch arc it ended with was pretty good too. Disappointingly short run for sure, but I'm definitely still excited for some of the other G5 comic book series that look awesome.

    Have any of you played the new MLP G5 game that came out last week? I just beat the game and reviewed it. https://mlpforums.com/topic/202390-mlp-a-zephyr-heights-mystery-review/#comment-6218813 Absolutely a step up from the original in my eyes and I hope that if they make a Bridlewood game, it will be a step up as well.
